**要讚一下服務態度, 十分滿意。服務員细心,亦有耐心。上菜次序及時間安排有講究。👍👍👍

I decided to give Jamie's Italian a visit for my birthday yesterday as he has been my favorite chef since I was 7. The skinny fries were slightly burned which is somewhat acceptable but the porcini fettuccine was completely bland with a strong taste of cream which left an unsettling taste in my mouth, I couldn't even chew the mushroom and couldn't find the presence of any herbs. I also ordered Genaro's Italian sausage pizza as I am also a fan of Genaro's cooking, I found myself to be disappointed yet again, the crust was sweet, the sausage had no taste or character, the cheese wasn't even good enough to go on the pizza. Overall the food was bland and more importantly the food had no texture. I was pleased with the service as the staff was polite and responsive. I would not recommend this place at all if you eat food because it makes you feel uplifted over eating food for sustenance.

We came here for a friend's farewell. Dinning a large group can sometimes be difficult but staff were very accommodating to our requests.The decor is trendy and the dimly lit restaurant sets a nice environment for diners. I had a truffle mushroom pizza topped with mozzarella and rocket. It totally hit the spot. The amazing aroma of truffle on a thin crispy base with right amount to mushroom, slight bitterness of rocket coupled with mozzarella. I wish there was more!!

去過銅鑼灣JAMIE'S潮聖,終於尖沙咀開了,來試下先,都係難訂位,雖然係食LUNCH,6個人又可叫多D,都幾大,可坐外出,都係有些BARTABLE可飲野等位叫左好多野食,先都係來過包,最鍾意食叫了幾個頭盤,好味,特別喜愛薯條,好好食,風乾火煺SALAD-夠FRESH,芝士角好特別,上次去銅羅灣冇食,原來幾好食PIZZA唔少得,薄又夠脆羊架用兩罐茄放上在木板,好得,好有羊味,但唔係個D好騒羊味,不過可能有D人要好羶味,有不個配菜,我地幾個食左都唔知乜,所以問下,原來係炸栗米,但我們就覺得一般,有D浪費左咁樣整,因為麻麻地叫左兩個意粉,一個龍蝦意粉,味道唔錯龍蝦新鮮,不過意粉略為硬左D嘻嘻同埋少左D,因可能主要係個龍蝦...不過食一次就夠因為價錢有點貴另一個係蟹肉意粉,呢個軟硬度啱啱好,蟹肉汁滲透了係意粉好味 少不了要甜品了,雖然我地好飽,但一定要叫,幾個人分食得晒Tiramisu酒味重左少少個人覺得,Lemoncheesecake青香檸檬味蛋糕不是好實實的那一種,Brownie好味,不太甜,加埋雪糕簡直係好到滿足,食過幾間,認為Jamies最好吃。

叫左兩個意粉,一個龍蝦意粉,味道唔錯龍蝦新鮮,不過意粉略為硬左D嘻嘻同埋少左D,因可能主要係個龍蝦...不過食一次就夠因為價錢有點貴

另一個係蟹肉意粉,呢個軟硬度啱啱好,蟹肉汁滲透了係意粉好味 
少不了要甜品了,雖然我地好飽,但一定要叫,幾個人分食得晒


Tiramisu酒味重左少少個人覺得,Lemoncheesecake青香檸檬味蛋糕不是好實實的那一種,Brownie好味,不太甜,加埋雪糕簡直係好到滿足,食過幾間,認為Jamies最好吃。

我們其他前菜還有Make your own super food chicken wrap ($188)。這客前菜以Jamie's Italian的招牌plank木板拼盤形式上枱。各式配料包括慢煮雞肉、牛油果、番茄、feta cheese及乳酪藜麥等,大家可以按自己口味自製tortilla wraps,好吃又好玩。

我們連甜品Tofu mousse cake ($88)也是以superfood食材之一的豆腐炮製。蛋糕質感細滑濕潤,不過我們一碰就倒塌了
入口豆腐香頗濃郁,甜度適中。蛋糕底是以類似早餐脆米,感覺較平日一般的餅底來得更少油、少甜。

服務態度九流,茶餐廳D伙記仲有禮貌過你哋,食物水準一般。如果全香港的餐廳執曬,我會考慮在唻幫襯受氣!我原本想俾一蚊貼士,但咁啱無散銀。建議如果你地去要唱定d散銀比tips。

We were excited to try this place. Interesting menu, kid friendly, etc. The server messed up the order for both kids, messed up my order and didn't deliver the basics one would expect....like ketchup for fries, water for the table, etc. Pasta was middling at best, my burger was overlooked and the bun was so dry. The kids order was wrong and they had to wait and overall it was just a poor dining experience on both the service and food level.

打頭陣是 Super Food Spinach Salad ($128),特別打燈拍照讓大家看清楚內容,包括:雞蛋、藜麥、黑米、蘭度豆、BB菠菜、露筍、紅根菜、石榴、種子等高纖健康食材,吃來很有口感,特別欣賞拌上混和 Tabasco 的乳酪醬,微辣滋味非常醒胃,石榴果的酸甜也是亮點。

接著是可享受 DIY 樂趣的 Make Your Own Super Food Chicken Wrap ($188),取件微脆香口的 Tortilla 卷,放上慢煮的嫩滑雞胸肉,加上牛油果、芝菲達士、蕃茄、乳酪藜麥、羅馬生菜等,滋味豐富美妙;而且由於頭盤都十分高纖,吃完竟有七成飽了!

接著這是不是新 Super Food 菜單,但內容也不失健康清新的 Ravioli Mezzaluna ($158),半月形的自家鮮製意大利雲吞,包著流質水牛芝士及菠菜,面層則拌以蕃茄醬、香草及更多芝士,雖是全素那鮮香滋味卻更勝肉餃,好好吃啊!

另一主菜是 My Own Brother's Healthy Frittata ($148),以自由放養農場的雞蛋製作的蛋批,中間是紅黃椒、蘑菇、茄子及芝士等,以焗代煎關係油分不多、特別香口,吃時拌上意大利沙律及辣醬,滋味很讚,蛋迷必試!

其實 Super Food 菜單還有一款 Cheat's Pizzetta 全麥薄餅,不過乖了一整晚,最後來份 Italian Hot ($168) 薄餅也不為過吧!由甜茄醬、水牛芝士、意式辣肉腸及奧勒岡香草組成的薄餅,批底既香又薄、外脆內棉,吃時辣油緩緩流動,非常刺激!

晚餐最後以 Tofu Mousse Cake ($88) 作結;很久沒吃到好吃豆腐芝士餅,這出品卻清香軟滑,豆味香濃而且低糖健康,完全沒有拒絕的理由!而面層的綠茶蜜糖膠層,餅底的白朱古力脆米以及周邊的鮮雜莓,也是良好配襯。

This place should be less popular now hence I went for a try and easy to get a table!The best dish we had is definitely the slow cook steak and fries! Very tender and yummy! Truffle fries are great too! Spaghetti bolognese is very delicious! Carbonara penne is disappointing though!Lemon meringue cheesecake is quite good too!Overall speaking, it's quite pricey! Probably wouldn't re-visit anytime soon!

My last TST Jamie's Italian a real disaster, but after today's dinner, I am going to write off this one, forever.

I can feel the deteriorating for both service and food quality, but today I can't believe this is this same restaurant we visit one year ago!

The price came up but the food quality was Massively dropped (note Massively with capital letter M)!

I bring my friends here, telling them now we do not need to wait anymore and this will be a good place for reunion. One of us tried the Dubai one and he said it is ok but not too impressive. Another one did recommend another Italian restaurant in Causeway bay. I think it's only TST that is horrible and Causeway bay has a longer history so should have better service and food quality.
I ordered the baby squid, seafood plank, baked mushroom, these are dishes that I remembered good for showcase to new customers. I was Dead wrong.

The baby squid shrink a lot (now it is real baby). But most horrible of all, it is dried and chewy, nothing like one year ago that they are tender and fat! (change of food supplier??)
Baked mushroom - it used to be think and full of mushroom flavour. Now it is tasteless. (My friend said this is not mushroom but shiitate mushroom which is Asian mushroom.
Seafood plank - the potion for some reason is smaller. The raw fish (I believe is salmon) is tasteless, and hence a sense of not being fresh. Then on the mozzarella. The menu said 'buffalo' mozzarella. Mozzarella can be made from cow mile or water buffalo milk. Of course the buffalo one is more experience. It should be softer but somehow the so-call mozzarella we tried did not feel right, both texture and taste wise.
We also ordered prawn linguine. Even though I am one who like salty food, I still find it very salty. We cannot feel any prawn taste.
Rib eye - I believe I didn't see this one year ago. My friend said he tried this in TST and is really good. So we ordered. However, even my same friend said the steak is dried and not good, nothing like the one he tried in TST. (not sure this is the chef's problem or the steak itself)
Hong Kong Hot pizza - this pizza is just so so, there are many much better pizza in HK. But perhaps this is the only single dish that we have no complaint.
The restaurant is no longer crowded as one year ago. Is it just HK people being forgetful? I believe it is totally due to the price and quality. Pizza Hut nowadays still needs to be queued. Pizza Express opens up a lot of shops. The key is price and quality. For such expensive price, our expectation was being raised to another level. And when we are offered with such food, especially when we compared with past experience and compared with other same Jamie's restaurant in other countries, the HK one is really BAD. It is a classic case of a good brand being killed by bad operator.
I write this down because I am the one to be blamed by my friend for such recommendation.

Now we have 7 more disappointed customers, and together with our families and friends.

Lucky we have so many good choice for italian restaurants in HK.

I arrived at Jamie's Italian with high hopes. A number of my colleagues had visited before and were sufficiently pleased. Thus, we thought it a good venue for a team luncheon. 

We arrived punctually for our 15-person reservation. The restaurant was virtually empty, so we expected good service. The restaurant offered a lunch set with decent selection, and 13 out of 15 in our group stuck with the set, as we thought this might expedite the dining process. We did not have all day.

Unfortunately, even the best laid plans have a way of careening off-track. Forty minutes passed and no one had received his or her starter. Most of us had ordered a soup or salad, so the wait was mystifying. A quick word to a waiter saw our starters begin to come out in spurts, but even then it meant we were consuming our meal in relay fashion. 

I had the Caesar salad as my starter. The hazelnuts were a welcome addition, but the proliferation of basil leaves created a bit too much of a kick. The dressing, thankfully, was mild. 

However, the service (kitchen?) issues that delayed our appetizers only continued with the main course. Those of us on the set menu split between getting the steak and the chicken club. However, it somehow took ten minutes longer to assemble 5 sandwiches than it did to turn around 8 steaks. Mysteries of the universe abound.

I also took issue with the portion size for my sandwich. Granted, the steak required a $60 up-charge, but that does not justify the gaping disparity between these two entrees. The steak was sizeable and was accompanied by fries and coleslaw (all of which I thought decent, thanks to the donations of a generous colleague). The chicken club, on the other hand, came on a small roll and only had half a chicken breast; this was apparently news to one of my colleagues who had dined at Jamie's Italian before and remembered consuming a large and satisfying sandwich. The vegetable accoutrement on the sandwich were also subpar; the tomato slice tasted like it had recently been exhumed from a freezer.

My boss decided to head off any further wait and told the staff to begin preparing our desserts immediately. Even then, they came out in a ragtag fashion. 

I had a large brownie that came with a generous scoop of salted caramel ice cream. Again, a coworker who had  visited before remembered the dish differently--she said the brownie would be warm, with fudgy goo coming out. The peasant brownie plated before me was cold and sickly sweet, such that its pairing with the ice cream lacked any charm or subtlety.

Admittedly, I voiced my displeasure multiple times, and it seems the waitstaff overheard; at the end of the meal they gifted me a delinquent chicken club. For that act of kindness I raise their service rating from one two stars.

今日約咗朋友一齊去Jamie's Italian食飯,其實第一次食就唔係香港食既,而係英國,不過食過一次就覺得好回味,返到香港都一定要食過因為一早已經book咗位,所以都唔使等就可以入得去啦,平時依一間餐廳係非常之多人嘅所以都建議大家來之前都要定位首先叫咗嘅就係卡邦尼亞煙肉長通粉,估唔到味道都幾好,而且都幾有口感,如果鍾意食卡幫你嘅朋友相信都應該會好欣賞一個菜式跟住再叫左嘅就係紙包魚,因為佢加左好多唔同嘅配料入去,所以個味都係酸酸甜甜嘅而且仲有少少辣添,如果鍾意食一啲特別嘅菜式或者有一啲其他特別嘅口味我諗依一個彩色都會適合大家,後甜品就叫左雪糕陪brownie,上面仲有少少爆谷添,味道真係唔錯,朱古力味非常之濃郁而且唔會太乾身,加埋雪糕簡直就係怕perfect match ,餐廳嘅環境亦都非常之好座位非常之闊落同埋都唔會太嘈,好適合同朋友或者情侶過嚟

跟住再叫左嘅就係紙包魚,因為佢加左好多唔同嘅配料入去,所以個味都係酸酸甜甜嘅而且仲有少少辣添,如果鍾意食一啲特別嘅菜式或者有一啲其他特別嘅口味我諗依一個彩色都會適合大家

,後甜品就叫左雪糕陪brownie,上面仲有少少爆谷添,味道真係唔錯,朱古力味非常之濃郁而且唔會太乾身,加埋雪糕簡直就係怕perfect match ,餐廳嘅環境亦都非常之好座位非常之闊落同埋都唔會太嘈,好適合同朋友或者情侶過嚟

終於等到不用大排長龍了,真是望到頸都長。這天與朋友專門到訪名師Jamie Oliver之家,一嚐美食。職員很細心,叫甚麼都是隨傳隨到的。先來的是本店著名鮮蝦長扁麵$188,蝦仁帶蒜味,香草王加進了茴香及辣椒,最利害的是那新鮮蕃茄醬,每一口也為了沾到蕃茄醬為止,神級鮮香!扁意粉煮得al dente, 加上檸檬芝麻菜,鮮上加鮮!終極漢堡$180又不覺怎麼終極。炭燒牛肉是有肉汁,有紅椒片、洋蔥、芝士、鬼佬醃物pickles等,大份是大份的,不過無甚特別。薯條確是很香,亦是一試無妨之物。朱古力布朝尼$88,黏黏的朱古力醬作為蛋糕的外層,還有冰凍的雪糕及焦糖爆谷,怎能放過,但吃了之後……實在太甜了,小人吃了一啖後,餘下留給朋友。印象最深刻的是鮮茄醬和扁意粉,因為趁任何東西都一定勁正!

終極漢堡$180又不覺怎麼終極。炭燒牛肉是有肉汁,有紅椒片、洋蔥、芝士、鬼佬醃物pickles等,大份是大份的,不過無甚特別。薯條確是很香,亦是一試無妨之物。

朱古力布朝尼$88,黏黏的朱古力醬作為蛋糕的外層,還有冰凍的雪糕及焦糖爆谷,怎能放過,但吃了之後……實在太甜了,小人吃了一啖後,餘下留給朋友。
