Jamie's Italian 開左幾個月,次次都大排長龍。今日決定同朋友去朝聖,卻意外地唔洗排隊!第一次黎,發現燈光略為昏黃,大概係特登營造的浪漫氛圍。見到餐廳都有幾多吉枱,雖然唔洗排隊,不過都等左十分鐘先安排到有位坐。聽講呢度每張枱都有指定侍應去serve,所以我地揮手超過五分鐘,叫親既侍應都叫我地等等,但都無一個為我地落單。終於有個waiter理我地,好細心咁同我地解釋main dish大小proportion既分別。係佢推薦下終於成功落單。Starter:Crab and avocado Bruschetta 份量唔多,同平時食既bruschetta唔同,一般出面食既topping會有tomatoes, cheese, meat等。而呢度用既係牛油果,蟹肉同青蘋果等。可能有青蘋果的關係,食落口都算fresh,但牛油果就真係食極都食唔到。蟹味唔算濃,但就真係有蟹肉 (因為朋友一食蟹就敏感)塊多士都算脆,但略嫌有啲硬,食既時候唔方便,而口感亦都唔係特別好。Main: 1. Starter:Crab and avocado Bruschetta 
份量唔多,同平時食既bruschetta唔同,一般出面食既topping會有tomatoes, cheese, meat等。
而呢度用既係牛油果,蟹肉同青蘋果等。可能有青蘋果的關係,食落口都算fresh,但牛油果就真係食極都食唔到。蟹味唔算濃,但就真係有蟹肉 (因為朋友一食蟹就敏感)
塊多士都算脆,但略嫌有啲硬,食既時候唔方便,而口感亦都唔係特別好。

Small proportion真係得好少,大約一個拳頭咁大啦,基本上食兩啖就無。
墨魚汁意粉食得多,但上碟已經唔夠熱就第一次。由於有啲凍左既關係,所以意粉食落去口感都偏硬。味道偏淡,唔係好夠味,亦都無太大驚喜,反而有點失望。不過陪碟上既有幾粒帶子,可以過下口癮,但當然多啲會更好啦

侍應話大係兩個拳頭咁大,相當於細既一倍,不過出到黎就有啲差距啦。份量唔多,同樣地啲飯既質感過硬,感覺似生米,而且醬汁唔夠夠,食落去既感覺好奇怪,有啲似落得太多水既生米,姐係飯唔似飯粥唔似粥咁。由於自己一向鍾情risotto,所以對呢碟既感覺實在唔太好。

口感幾滑,飲落去都幾香,不過不失的熱飲,而驚喜既係上盤時竟然有埋拉花,侍應更會俾定white sugar 同brown sugar,方便你自己選擇。 

食食下既時候有個女侍應係咁問我地好唔好食en唔enjoy ,相信佢就係呢張枱指定既staff。由於Jamie's唔收加一,俾唔俾同俾幾多小費俾個staff係自己決定,所以佢地啲staff都會落力討好自己枱客。雖然我地呢個速度太慢,無幫忙落單連埋單都好耐先處理好,不過最後都俾左10% tips佢。

整體黎講,Jamie來港時名氣過大,令人期望很高,而出黎既效果卻強差人意,慶幸當初無排三四個鐘去試。

The first time we visited we were happily pleased with both the food and service. We arrived at 9:30pm so didn't have to wait long. We decided to visit Jamie's for the second time. Once again, we arrived at 9:30pm. We waited at the bar for around 5~10 minutes.The restaurant was still quite busy for 9:30pm, but there were many people leaving freeing up many tables so we wondered why we were seated at a small table. We ordered a Crabmeat and Avocado Bruschetta, Apple Coleslaw, Squidink Spaghetti,

The first time we visited we were happily pleased with both the food and service. We arrived at 9:30pm so didn't have to wait long. We decided to visit Jamie's for the second time. Once again, we arrived at 9:30pm. We waited at the bar for around 5~10 minutes.

The restaurant was still quite busy for 9:30pm, but there were many people leaving freeing up many tables so we wondered why we were seated at a small table. We ordered a Crabmeat and Avocado Bruschetta, Apple Coleslaw, Squidink Spaghetti, Italiano Burger, and a Sorbet.

The sourdough used in the bruschetta was very thin but extremely hard! It was very difficult to cut it to share and the topping fell off as a result. The crabmeat topping was under seasoned, if any at all... A little lemon, pepper and/or olive oil would have been good.

The Apple Coleslaw was a weird combination. The tastes didn't "marry well" together.

The spaghetti was ok, though the scallops were slightly overcooked.

The burger was also a disappointment. The meat was too compressed and didn't taste fresh. It also seemed overcooked. I wondered if it was because it was so late in the day that the chef left it cooking for too long? The fries were mediocre.

The sorbet was ok except that the vanilla and hokey pokey flavours tasted almost identical... The chocolate sorbet was our favourite. The buttercomb and nut topping were good though not enough.

We question if the cooking standard can be maintained at all times. We do not believe our meal was up to standard tonight. The bruschetta and burger were disappointments. We can accept the spaghetti and coleslaw. The latter not being according to our personal taste preferences, but acceptable all the same. How could our 2nd visit be such a big difference from our 1st? The service was great on our 1st visit. There was no service whatsoever during our 2nd visit. Needless to say, we didn't tip them this time round as the service was absent... Our plates were left at our table for the longest time. And the table was left dirty throughout. Yep, service was absent. No one introduced us to the food we were about to eat, and no one asked us how we found the meal. We also found it rude that the server just stood watching us as we signed the visa receipt. We hate it when waiters do this


I can't see how Jamie can let his restaurant chain decline like this...

叫左個意大利飯同意大利粉,諗住意粉咁簡單既野實無衰,賣相幾好,味道ok既,但一食入口,d 意粉有少少生骨,個心仲未熟透,不過我地照食算,但就有d失望,自己煮都唔會唔熟啦

意大利飯中規中矩,都係用cheese 煮,因為呢2個主食我地都係叫左細份,所以唔係好飽,見人地話佢d brownie好食,就叫左個試下。

估唔到住晚最驚喜係dessert,brownie外脆好特別,唔算好甜,加埋爆谷同雪糕有唔同層次。雪糕有少少咸味幾得意,又咸又甜的甜品,食完大滿足,開心晒~

放完假返嚟,同teammates食晏,冇得訂位特登早啲去拎位先。4個人叫咗cured meat、fish plank各一個,special starter 有啲ham, chestnut, bread,3個main包括squid-ink spaghetti、special seafood、10 oz rib-eye steak、side、3個甜品包括tiramisu、epic brownie、tutti frutti lemon meringue pie,各自叫咗杯嘢飲。全部嘢普遍好味調味適中,啲ham啱味,炸魚熱辣香脆、貝類鮮味。個扒有碳焦香又有肉味,松露油薯條夠澱粉外皮脆又香氣四溢,海鮮嗰個汁就普通啲,墨魚汁意粉太生硬唔係al dente有啲失望。tiramisu軟滑、brownie好濃朱古力味,lemon pie就酸咗啲。我叫吧kiwi cooler冇嚡脷有一抹ginger ale清新。將枱太細有啲迫,整體服務水平不俗。

全部嘢普遍好味調味適中,啲ham啱味,炸魚熱辣香脆、貝類鮮味。個扒有碳焦香又有肉味,松露油薯條夠澱粉外皮脆又香氣四溢,海鮮嗰個汁就普通啲,墨魚汁意粉太生硬唔係al dente有啲失望。tiramisu軟滑、brownie好濃朱古力味,lemon pie就酸咗啲。我叫吧kiwi cooler冇嚡脷有一抹ginger ale清新。將枱太細有啲迫,整體服務水平不俗。

On boxing day before noon, restaurant was quiet.   Easy to find.  The outdoor sign is big.  We got a table right away. Order 3 pasta, mushroom and cheese risotto and truffle tagliarellini.  The 3rd pasta does not worth mentioned.        Risotto wasn't cooked right as it's chunky and hard, unlike my favorite italian restaurant Mistral.   Risotto should be hard but you don't feel it.  It wasn't cooked right.      Truffle tagliarellini is average or above average.     Service was great and professi

We came here early so didn't have to wait but i would be fuming if I had to wait. Had very high expectations given its by Jamie Oliver and boy was I disappointed.There is a picture of the truffle tagiatelle on the Jamie Italian website but sorry it looks nothing like that in real life. There is a picture of the truffle tagiatelle on the Jamie Italian website but sorry it looks nothing like that in real life. I wish I took a picture of how bad it looked. Not only was there about 2 pieces of very thinly shaved black truffle on the pasta, the whole pasta was watery. It wasn't the sauce that was watery (the sauce is just cream) but I do not think they drained the pasta properly when they boiled it as it was actually water. How can they even serve something that bad. 

The sausage parpadelle was average - wasn't great but better than the other dish. Seriously no joke, Spaghetti House has better pasta than this place and of coure spaghetti house is only average quality.  

We also got the crab and avocado bruschetta which was good but expensive for the tiny pieces of crab you get on it. 

I would rate this probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to in Hong Kong and the worst value for money as the two of us spent $HKD500 here. 

Ill never be back.

不經不覺,我和老公已經結婚七年了。去年選了BBQ 7080吃韓國菜慶祝結婚六週年,今年就不如試試2014年話題餐廳,由人氣廚師JAMIE OLIVER剛在香港開設的JAMIE’S ITALIAN。聽說店子沒有預留太多訂座的位置,大部份都用來SERVE WALK-IN客。大約6:20PM來到餐廳,輪候座位的隊伍大約有十人,職員主動過來查詢人數,並表示如等齊人入座的位可以坐到餐廳打烊,如果未齊人就入座則只能逗留兩小時,由於老公已到了銅鑼灣,所以基本上沒有怎樣等位就可以直接入座了。店的裝修屬比較COZY,氣氛也很熱鬧,一定不是ROMANTIC,但很適合朋友聚會。其實對於點菜都無乜IDEA,即時上網看看OPENRICE的推介,最後決定點一個前菜、一個PASTA及一個主菜。前菜選了CURED MEATS PLANK一人份,有各式的火腿及芝士,火腿有的很柔軟,有的很油潤,各有獨特的個性,很好吃。芝士有軟的水牛芝士以及硬的羊奶芝士,我比較喜歡水牛芝士,另外又附有混了紅菜頭絲的紅蘿蔔絲沙律以及清爽的酸醃辣椒及橄欖,可調和一下口腔濃郁的味道。意粉點了所有人都推介的OUR FAMOUS PRAWN LIN

前菜選了CURED MEATS PLANK一人份,有各式的火腿及芝士,火腿有的很柔軟,有的很油潤,各有獨特的個性,很好吃。芝士有軟的水牛芝士以及硬的羊奶芝士,我比較喜歡水牛芝士,另外又附有混了紅菜頭絲的紅蘿蔔絲沙律以及清爽的酸醃辣椒及橄欖,可調和一下口腔濃郁的味道。

意粉點了所有人都推介的OUR FAMOUS PRAWN LINGUINI,味道果然很讚,麵條煮得剛剛好,彈牙得來又不會像吃鋼線,這就是傳說中的AL DENTE嗎?汁料是味道豐富的蕃茄汁,不過最驚喜的是將火箭菜拌入跟意粉及汁料同吃,整體的味道又提升去了另一個層次,令不太喜歡火箭菜的我也覺得特別好吃。意粉內的蝦不是大蝦而是小蝦,不過肉質結實,也很不錯。
意粉其實可以選大份或小份,我們選了小份,因為可以保留實力多試點其他東西嘛~

10 OZ RIB-EYE STEAK很好吃,老公不愛吃生肉,所以落單的時候我們打算點8成熟,但侍應好像有點為難的建議我們點7成熟,那也OK。怎料上桌的時候看起來已9成熟,不過肉質仍然柔軟,而且很有肉味,是老公最喜歡的牛扒。松露油薯條其實也吃不到什麼松露味,上面的芝士也沒有特別喜歡,反而最基本的薯條本身很不錯,吃得出是原個薯仔切出來,雖然不是香脆FEEL,反而有點像焗薯的濕潤,好吃。

甜品選了EPIC BROWNIE,我本身已很喜歡吃BROWNIE,這個BROWNIE朱古力味香濃之餘又夠濕潤,已值100分,再加上海鹽焦糖雪糕,鹹鹹甜甜的為味蕾添加了不少新鮮感,還有旁邊的焦糖爆谷,很有畫龍點睛之效。

HAPPY SWEET SWEET ANNIVERSARY~

We were a bunch of 3 , out for a Christmas lunch. Jamie's Italian is a lovely , large place , but with warm interiors. The place definitely makes you feel like you could hang around for a long time.We had a glass of wine each, 3 appetisers and 3 entrees and one dessert. The Rose wine was as strong as a usual red wine.. Not as light as we expected- but was nice. The portion of each appetiser was ok- we ordered 3 as we wanted to try more dishes and we had the option of ordering only half portions

We had a glass of wine each, 3 appetisers and 3 entrees and one dessert. The Rose wine was as strong as a usual red wine.. Not as light as we expected- but was nice. 

The portion of each appetiser was ok- we ordered 3 as we wanted to try more dishes and we had the option of ordering only half portions of the pastas. Amongst the mains, the crab spaghettini barely had any crab in it, like maybe 2 tsps of crab meat! And it was quite bland too. I wouldn't recommend it. The beef and pork ragu dish was excellent and the highlight of the mains really ! The chicken had a nice crispness to it, though it was a pretty small breast piece and my friend who ordered it felt it was overcooked and didn't enjoy it at all. Finally we ordered one dessert- the vanilla panna cotta which was v nice! 


All in all, while the food wasn't so great, the wine, ambience were really good and I would recommend people to try it.

Two of us chose the Christmas set menus-- one was Porchetta and the other a mushroom pasta.  Impressed by the starters which were presented on various plates as well as a wooden plank.  The variety and seasoning of items served on "the plank" were excellent. The variety and seasoning of items served on "the plank" were excellent. We enjoyed these and had increasingly high expectations for the courses to follow.

Before finishing with our appetizers we were advised that our mains were ready so ended up rushing through.  We were not eating at an extremely slow pace as we were advised prior to being seated that we had 1 hr 45 min. before turning over the table. 

Mains were disappointing.  Pasta was tough and the porchetta wasn't very hot and except for the crispy skin not impressive.  Sides were served -- fried polenta and a variety of squash / root vegetables.  Squash was undercooked and seemingly should have been roasted.  Fried polenta was ok.  Both sides were more than adequate portions but just too much for us to even enjoy.

We had ordered dessert with our set -- Bread and butter pudding with chocolate sauce and a mocha brownie with ice cream.  Bread pudding was served at room temperature which was disappointing and the brownie was a bit dry.  Both main and dessert portions were quite large.

We didn't order any drinks and bill came to $850 before service.  Potential for good food here but think they missed it on the mains and the dessert due to a lack of detail in the kitchen.
题外话/补充资料: We didn't have a booking but queued up at 6:00 and were seating within 10 minutes. Granted, it was a Wednesday evening.

因為兩個月前已book了位,所以有幸不用等就可以入座了,而且這次用餐沒有那麼多人,所以order出來的比較快而且好味前菜就是cured meat,各種切得很薄的醃肉,而且有pickles和capers配,很開胃,味道也分明。因為沒在別的地方聽說過,所以想試一下味道,不是很咸,有cheese和rosemary,不過不會蓋過polenta的味道,也比較crunchy,但這個非常的飽,一個人一定吃不完Truffle Tagliatelle的truffle味道不是很濃,不過面很有嚼頭,而且很入味,吃完面之後的下面剩低的汁都很有味道,以至於不能停口的把盤子都快洗乾淨了當這道菜上來的時候,你并看不到魚,海鮮也是可以數出來的,不過勝在鮮的味道,而且魚非常的滑和鮮甜,不需要太多的sauce,不過這個sauce一開始嘗有點像平時吃speghetti的sauce,但是吃著吃著會感覺到有點微辣,非常好味。但是最入味的是最下面的cracked wheat,因為它吸收的所有的精華,cracked wheat有點像couscous,不過比couscous更有嚼頭chocolate的味道非常好,不是很甜,很酥滑,烘

chocolate的味道非常好,不是很甜,很酥滑,烘烤的火候很好,沒有很硬,而且不會一切開就碎了的樣子。上面的ice cream的鹹味和chocolate很match,口感的層次很鮮明。而且這個dessert屬於平民的價位,值得推薦

烤蘑菇是剛焗好熱騰騰的上桌!旁邊的是焗得極其香脆的filo pastry,chestnut mushroom是一貫的鮮甜多汁,輕巧的調味加上香草已經足夠,並不會蓋過蘑菇原本的鮮味。鋪面的cheese能拉成絲,而且奶香亦足夠。唯一想挑剔的就是墊在mushroom底下的pastry實在有點soggy,吃進口裡是有點梅爛而且有點粉味。做法是應該首先把整塊的pastry先焗脆,然後再加上蘑菇焗香,現在的pastry有點像沒有煮過。不過整體還是很可口啦,作為appetizer是非常稱職的。

蘿拔妹想吃這個很久了,畢竟我是pasta的超級粉絲嘛!粗身的闊條麵是無比的柔軟,但不會過腍,細心點還會嚐到甜甜的麵粉香,不愧是在餐廳裡自家製作的新鮮意粉!醬汁是充滿松露香的牛油汁,松露聞起來是挺香的,吃下口覺得味道可以更濃,但那牛油實在是香得忍不住一口口把它吃光光,管不了那卡路里啦!松露片比較像是裝飾吧,沒有什麼味道的,相信那醉人香氣都是來自松露油吧!如果喜歡al dente口感的意粉,還有上次的prawn pasta比較貼近,但這個truffle pasta處理方法是比較delicate,香味在口腔爆發!

先不談配料說一下Lamb rack,煎得是十二分香脆,而且肉是非常非常tender,羊味充足(蘿拔妹最怕是沒有羊味的羊),如果可以騷點更好(是個人喜好啦XD)。肉質都被香煎得緊緊鎖住,而且沒有渣,真的是超級超級好吃!

為什麼會叫Lollipop?是因為你可以像吃棒棒糖般用手拿著,蘸上些plain yogurt再放到toasted nuts上面增加香脆的口感!覺得膩時還可以佐上Rocket菜、Red Wine Vinegar Pickled Onion,全都是香口又消膩的好吃配菜。

還想特別提一下送上的Polenta Chips,蘿拔妹實在太喜歡吃這個啦!原本還以為今次點了新的菜色沒胃納再點這個,原來送的是四大塊呢!先切完Lamb Rack,Polenta Chips還是超級的熱!裡面是綿密的玉米糊,外層炸得香脆,而且鹹香十足,灑上cheddar cheese亦為其增加香氣,每人只有兩塊實在太少啦XD

到最後一道菜要讓你失望了,這個Lemon Meringue Pie除了甜還是甜!Crust、Lemon curd、Meringue和dried fruit是甜得令人受不了的程度,連蘿拔妹這個甜魔也要投降了啦/.\ Meringue有點soggy,Lemon Curd檸檬味不夠,Crust也非常不脆和sticky,Jamie的出品為什麼會這麼令人失望!下次還是試試Tiramisu或是再點上次美味的Epic Brownie好了!

蘿拔妹覺得在Jamie的餐廳吃飯完全是物超所值!先撇除這是名廚師的餐廳,食物不但可口,意大利菜適合大多數人的口味,服務是非常的細心有禮和講究,在銅鑼灣旺區stylish裝修的好環境下用餐,不收加一(當然你可以隨心加上服務費),兩人只吃了$520!好了,是時候再book位了XD

英國名廚JamieOliver係hk開分店當然要一試,雖然係遲左d...我食左Carbonara Macaroni,而卡邦尼意粉最講究既係煙肉同芝士汁既味道,而Jamie Italian既煙肉做得非常好同突別,我第一啖就係食煙肉,食之前完全冇諗過係咁突別,煙肉中帶着lemon青新既香氣 ~~冇諗過咁微小既煙肉裝飾都可以咁突別 。而且所有既pasta都係handmade嫁!環境就唔洗講!非常有格調,加上Christmas既decorations真係無得彈!!服務態度就真係唔話得!waitress十分體貼,好細心咁為你介紹!!

Polenta Chips $45: 8.5分, 雖然沒有點選主菜, 但揀選一客配菜也無不可. 這客Polenta Chips是店子的熱賣之作, 相當香口, 但不會太油膩, 而且配上巴馬臣芝士之後, 效果是出奇的匹配, 教人忍不住一口接一口的吃下去.

Tiramisu $65: 7.5分, 來到甜品的環節, Tiramisu是有點玩味的做法, 加入了橙味mascarpone芝士, 入口的時候帶偏濃的橙香, 跟咖啡酒的組合是幾特別的, 但就好像不太有芝士的香味. 質感方面, 濕潤度對辦, 但就是偏實, 且看您會否喜歡這個格式了.

Epic Brownie $65: 8.5分, 相比之下, Epic Brownie會是來得更加討好. 朱古力布朗尼的外層帶點微脆, 呈微暖的狀態, 加上朱古力醬同吃, 層次感來得更加突出, 朱古力味道亦相當香濃. 至於鹽味焦糖雪糕當然是我的心頭好, 質感香滑, 焦糖味道香濃, 配上焦糖爆谷同吃, 跟朱古力布朗尼的濃烈感起了中和的作用, 有趣的做法.

或許來頭真的是太大, 大家對Jamie's Italian的反應大都是毀譽參半, 其實這裡的澱粉質項目是有水準的, 如Our Famous Prawn Linguine就值得一試. 甜品方面, Epic Brownie層次感突出, 愛甜的朋友準會喜歡. 埋單每人$175, 算是經濟的, 計及這裡的地段及食物質素, 還算是令人滿意的.

今日係小女子生日~聰明o既我梗係扮哂唔知要去邊度食飯啦其實自從知道jamie會o係香港開店,無論其他人點彈都係一定要黎試下架喇不過聽到太多傳言,又難book,book完又要等,walk in更加唔洗講,先至驚驚因為今日我地兩個都攞左假,為左早d黎到,仲特登好早就食lunch5點半到,初時見到另一邊有lift,但原來搭lift上到去唔係reception,所以必須要o係另一個門口入,上兩層電梯被安排坐最入o既位置,成間野燈光都係偏暗,枱上面會有小蠟燭圖中o既黑板係精選推介,menu上面冇架!條餐巾令我有做賊仔o既衝動...不過樓下其實有得賣架!仲有其他餐具同食譜,粉絲們記得要去睇下~上圖係standard menu,唔算勁多野揀,另外就係英文唔好或者對食材名唔熟悉o既人就會有d難度喇踏入12月已經有christmas menu,貼心地有$500同$350餐牌任君選擇唔洗一頸血!坐低冇耐靚仔waiter就埋黎細心介紹有d乜野精選食品,詳細介紹,唔怕聽唔明~starter就少少地揀左焗菇,入面仲有芝士,食落唔會好漏,芝士煙韌,唯獨是d菇偏咸記得墊底o既music bread要同d菇一齊食靚仔

因為今日我地兩個都攞左假,為左早d黎到,仲特登好早就食lunch
5點半到,初時見到另一邊有lift,但原來搭lift上到去唔係reception,所以必須要o係另一個門口入,上兩層電梯

starter就少少地揀左焗菇,入面仲有芝士,食落唔會好漏,芝士煙韌,唯獨是d菇偏咸
記得墊底o既music bread要同d菇一齊食

靚仔waiter話係因為芝士而變得咸左,本身冇落鹽咁話

main方面因為大人想食魚,於是要左呢個special燒鱸魚
出奇地連個魚腩都唔係好油,成條魚清得哂,只係用刀叉食魚就有點兒...
墊底o既粒粒粉口感好得意,旁邊o既蕃茄仔酸酸甜甜剛好~
魚肉好滑,燒得正好,而且唔會黏住魚骨,好耐都冇食過整得咁好食o既魚!!

呢個都係special之一;聽到豬腩肉或者會覺得好肥,而呢個豬腩肉係捲成一圈,中間有蘋果蓉,提子乾同一d香草.切落去易散,即係d肉唔韌,豬皮脆脆,好似食緊厚切薯片咁
重點係冇油膩感,亦唔會重味
去到最後d蘋果蓉有少少食唔哂,十分飽~

飲品都係special,本來仲諗住佢冇乜非酒精o既野我就飲水算數
點知呢杯野又幾開胃~~
左邊白白地o既係melon colada,即係pina colada o既蜜瓜版本
右邊紅紅地係lavanada,靚仔waiter話係自家製薰衣草糖漿+橙汁+青檸汁製成,酸酸地真係幾清新,而且仲清楚飲得出薰衣草味,冇呃人架!
每一道菜靚仔waiter都會埋黎問下有冇咩意見,都好少見有餐廳咁做喇~

估唔到埋單又冇o個d所謂fine dining咁貴,都係普通西餐價錢,又有咁好o既service,十分滿意~~
题外话/补充资料: 埋單時可以自由選擇tips金額,10%,12.5%,15%,而tips會落waiter袋(都有得0% o既...),所以如果service好,點都俾返10%人地啦!
