Homemade Horchata , fresh strawberries
We knew the manager here and he offered us a each a free welcome drink 😝. I choice this as it’s non-alcoholic and sounds intriguing.
Horchata is a Sweet Rice drink made from soaked rice, cinnamon and other spices. This version of horchata is very light and not as intense in flavor than I was expecting. The strawberries offered a refreshing taste as well and tasted great with the cream rice. Sadly, half of the glass is ice. This meant the drink was extremely cold and hard to thoroughly enjoy but flavors and when the ice melted, it diluted the drink a lot 🥲.

Okay, I’ve got to talk about their bread basket. The waiter kindly served it with the starters along with their home made cold cut of ham and hand-churned butter. The bread is sourdough (my favorite ☺️)
The bread is sliced thickly which made it look amazing. This also made the inside so much more fluffy and appetizing. The bread was also warm and when I pulled it apart 🤤🤤🤤. I couldn’t help myself and ate a whole slice straight away.
The crust has a crispy crunch to it and inside is nothing but fluffiness. Perfect balance. The best slice of sourdough I’ve ever had. I had 3 slices with just the butter and their special parma ham.
But then after eating it with burrata, it raised it to the next level.

Burrata $208
Japanese Fruit Tomato
The burrata is super soft and creamy, making it hard to scoop up. But easy to spread on the bread. There is some pesto/basil oil under the burrata giving it an herby taste, very delicious and appetizing. The tomatoes are also extremely fresh and sweet, big pieces too. Very refreshing appetizer
The bread also absorbed the oil and moisture from the cheese really well. I loved eating it with the sourdough and I easily plowed through 3 more slices of bread. The savoriness from the parma ham also paired well with the creamy and herby burrata. The portion is enough for the 4 of us to share (even though I ate half of it as it was right in front of me😅)

Steak Tartare $228
Cold Smoked Hand Cut Beef, Egg Yolk Purée, Toast
This was a bit overwhelming for me. The beef texture was too mushy with no chew to it, the beef also didn’t have any natural ‘beef’ flavor and was mostly just the seasoning. The smokiness though was very prominent and a bit too strong. The egg yolk purée on top is way too salty as well.
The toast is also a sourdough toast but way too thin and crispy that it became hard to bite and chew, kinda like eating bark 😐.

Ribeye $768
44 Farms, Texas, USDA Prime Black Angus 500g
Delicious piece of steak. It is seared beautifully on the outside with a strong and hard exterior. The inside we asked for medium rare and it was exactly that, reddish-pink in the middle. The texture was so silky and tender, not chewy at all, even the edge pieces are tender and even slightly charred. The seasoning as well is perfectly balanced that you can still taste the natural beef flavor yet it’s savory and spiced up. No need to pair with there mustards as it just covers up the beef taste. But eating it with the charred corn is absolutely delicious.

Lamp Rump $328
Parmesan Gnocchi, Peas, Madeira Cream
The lamb was definitely on the rare side, the core of each piece is also still very chewy and red. The flavor is also very dilute and light in the core but the outside is flavorful and delicious. Even better when eaten with the charred corn. There is 3 huge identical pieces of lamb and the sear on all of them is perfect.
The parmesan gnocchi is chewy and tender, a bit bigger than I hoped so the middle was a bit soggy. The flavor was spot-on, very cheesy and was good with the mustard for the beef 😂.
There is also a bed of cooked spinach which was incredibly flavorful and delicious, I also especially enjoyed the mini mushrooms which packed more flavor then the core of the lamb 😌 it also has a fun chewy texture.

Charred Corn $58
Parmesan, Harissa
By far the best side I could ever ask for at a steakhouse.
The corn flavor comes through amazingly well as well as the char, it’s also not creamy or heavy at all with a slight spice to it due to the harissa. I ate 2 spoonfuls of it alone before trying it with the meat 😍😍. The corn acted as the perfect sauce for the lamb which lacked a flavor and simply improved the taste and texture of the beef (the corn is quite crunchy as well)

Mashed Potatoes $88
Butter, Double Cream
Super creamy and fluffy, no lumps at all and I could practically drink it because it is so smooth 😂😂. The taste is also really great, creamy and savory but gets boring after a while. It was also quite heavy, tasted better with the corn which gave it a crunch and spice ☺️. Highly recommend ordering 2 of the charred corn as it goes well with everything.

Corn Bread Soufflé $138
Pecan Nut Ice Cream, Bourbon Caramel
We only ordered one dessert because we were super full but had to try their signature corn bread soufflé.
The soufflé is so soft and fluffy when it arrived, the smell of caramel and corn was everywhere and it already made me salivate. Pouring the caramel on top didn’t collapse it like I thought it would but made the top glisten and glow.
Inside the soufflé is nothing but air 😂. The color is pale yellow and fluffy as hell. My spoon practically fell into it. The flavor of the soufflé is very light and mostly egg white taste with a hint of corn, so the bourbon caramel is the main source of flavor. There’s also bits of candied corn inside the soufflé which is a nice surprise as it was crunchy and sweet. On the side note, this soufflé could easily be finished by one person that just had a large meal, it is practically all air 😅. However, 2 people sharing it would also be reasonable but won’t be able to go for seconds 😬.
The pecan nut ice cream on the side was thankfully placed inside a cold bowl (measuring cup) so it didn’t melt fast and we toke plenty of photos 😁. It tasted good and was very creamy, all though a bit too sweet and not a lot of pecan taste, mainly toffee.

💬 Overall, this restaurant is perfect for celebrations, the service is also praiseworthy as it’s very high class and the waiters do interact with you as well when serving the foods. The price is very high but the quality definitely matches up. Bring your steak-house loving friends to celebrate here!
