呢個食評應該係一個月前打，但係我一直意為自己做左，剛剛先發覺原來無... 我D妄想症可似越黎越嚴重啦...9月初諗著同朋友飯聚，點知朋友A臨時宣佈唔得，結果得返2條友...算啦~頭盤叫左crab cakes 同埋parma ham，因為我想食，迫朋友就我。parma ham 好好味，配超甜哈密瓜來食，正! 至於個crab cake，個人認為硬左少少，同埋個mango salsa 好奇怪... 主菜我叫左beef cheek，無法啦，身為die hard 和牛fans，一見到就會叫... 朋友叫左唔記得乜鬼pizza啦，是但啦! 重之我個主菜黎左好耐(成5分鐘)佢個pizza重未到，跟住有個waitress走埋黎話我地聽佢個pizza濃左, 要重新整個比佢喎! 跟著個waitress見我等埋個朋友先食，就offer話幫我攞返入廚房warm up。又過左10分鐘~個waitress先攞返我個dish同朋友個pizza出黎。我望下，個pizza咪又係濃濃地!!等咁耐都唔知為乜?!?! 最激氣o既係個beef cheek等左咁耐已經唔好食啦... 最後，甜品都無食就走左啦... 5/10/06, 朋友問去邊吃飯, 想起前幾天問阿man 有什麼特別食物例如: 法國走地鷄..., 阿man 話有雞及藍青口, 去到再加叫了一cup白酒, 珍珠貝, 芝士火腿.一set 甜品.其他不說, 法國走地鷄, 皮薄肉滑很好, 藍青口很有青口味, 很軟, 沒有楂, 珍珠貝很有海鮮味及咬口. 芝士火腿, 不合我口味.阿man 之介紹及態度真很好.不過坐圓枱, 不太好坐.

十月二日, 再去吃午餐. 再見阿MAN. 她還記得我們.食物BUFFET 很美味, 很好, 特別鷄肝醬很美味.而且哈密瓜配火腿很好, 主菜我叫了芝士焗羊肉, 朋友叫了海鮮. 羊肉我感覺較熟, 朋友的海鮮很好吃. 甜品是草莓雪糕配芒果肉. 很正.而且我看到唐英年先生也在. 開紅酒.所以仍是我十大至愛之食店.

對不起，我說的是這張圖片質素!　媽咪的大日子，作為孝順女，請她和細妹去享受Harlan's的美膳。餐廳環境是挺美，氣氛又舒適自在，第一印象很好!　Harlan's 3 course lunch set索價$268，我與媽咪各點一個，細妹嚷著要減肥，只叫了一個細size Linguine。食物細評如下：　麵包-媽咪與我都很喜歡橙色的麵包，鬆軟彈口而美味!頭盤1 - 媽咪揀吃Appetizer buffet，有巴哈馬火腿、煙三文魚、青口、壽司及水果等可選，不過質素只是一般頭盤2 - 因buffet沒有我想吃的肝醬，我決定揀精選沙律，看看味道有幾出色。沙律細細份幾精緻，有巴哈馬火腿、羊奶芝士捲及西班牙菜葉，但質素不見得比buffet好，令人幾失望。主菜1 - 細妹揀Harlan's Signature Linguine ($168)，有蟹肉、車厘茄、香草、蒜片等材料。上檯時熱辣辣，香味撲鼻而來；一試，味道是幾好，扁麵彈牙蟹肉也多，不過份量真的很細(正常size $260)主菜2 - 媽咪是牛魔王，故揀了Roast of the day的澳洲肉眼扒。Medium的肉眼扒鮮嫩肥美，肉汁豐富，可惜

我多次去食, 服務好好, 只是高身鬼妹像是酒侍, 而且不懂中文, 所以中國人可能不太溝通及滿意.而阿Man 經理是一個很NICE 及有禮之人, 這食市, 服務幾好, 食物好味, 有新意食物, 環境好, 只是價錢較貴, 我不太信下列各位意見, 只想代這食市反映我的意見.

There is a TB looking waitress there. She has a very bad attitude. First of all, my colleagues and I ordered 1/2 dozen of oysters. Not only did it taste bad and NOT FRESH, my colleague found a long worm in there!!! We expressed our concerns to the TB looking waitress and her reply was that the healthy worm came from the oyster's outer shell...DOH, shouldn't they clean the oysters beforehand? It makes no sense. Oh how rude the owner Mr. Halan was! He is so arrogant and rude, he doesn't care if he wants to piss off a customer. Have been dinning in Harlen's for almost 2 years and my experience is by far satisfying. Harlen's has a wide selection of oysters. Last week, we've tried some Belon from France and some other from Russia. The oysters tastes so good that daddy had to order another round even when he's full after all the main dishes.
