I was excited to come here for dinner with my family but please listen, the food and the service was horrible.1. Seafood Paella- salty, very salty- extremely overpriced for what it was- >$300HKD2. 4. Churros with ice cream (DO NOT ORDER)
- the wait for it was another 45minutes after the mains were served
- we were informed that the elevators will stop working after 11 and everyone has vacated the restaurant, we were told that the churros were 'frying' for 20minutes and was served it at 10:48pm
- it might have been better if the food was worth the wait but the churros were completely burnt, tried to cut through it and it broke off like a biscuit AND tasted like biscuit. It was solid throughout and crumbled into smaller pieces
- the chocolate sauce wasn't even chocolate, it was like cocoa powder melted into water with a burnt aftertaste <- how do you even screw up chocolate sauce??

SERVICE
- when we were waiting outside to be seated the manager kept ushering us in rudely (note that this was not busy dinner hours, it was 9pm with no other customers waiting)
- when seated and gave us water, we said thank you and looked at him when he looked back and proceed to ignore us
- another waitress dropped our cutlery on the floor and the knife hit so loud to the metal pole and she just ignored it and continued doing what she was doing. There was no apology or acknowledgment that she nearly dropped a knife on a customer or caused inconvenience at all. This was so ridiculous.
- repeatedly told that churros were 'frying' for 20mins was rude when both sides know nothing would be frying for 20mins
- by the end of the meal you could hear employees talking very aggressively to each other with foul language (saying how they want to get off and the other employee should help get things done), whilst clashing cutlery around during clean up (we were still waiting for our food to be served)
It was just all in all a terrible experience and this place was so overrated. For its given price point you can easily find a place with better food, service and speed. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL.
