This dish was quite tasty with a distinct umami flavor from the salty egg yolk. However, I did find it a bit greasy, which took away from the overall experience.

十八年陳皮蒸南非鮑魚 Steamed Abalone with 18YD Tangerine Peel: I really enjoyed this dish! The abalone was perfectly steamed and had a nice texture. The addition of the 18YD tangerine peel gave it a unique citrusy flavor that complemented the seafood well.

Dry Braised Lobster, Chili Sauce: This dish was quite good! The lobster was cooked to perfection and the chili sauce added a nice kick of heat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves seafood.
三蔥炒牛小排 Wok-Fried Short Ribs, Scallion, Onion, Spring Onion: The beef in this dish was incredibly tender and had a nice savory flavor from the scallion and onion. Overall, it was a great dish that I would definitely order again.
雲腿上湯浸菜遠 Poached Seasonal Vegetable, Yunnan Ham, Chicken Broth: I was pleasantly surprised by this dish! The Yunnan ham added a nice savory flavor to the poached vegetables, and the chicken broth tied everything together nicely. The ham was not too salty, which was a nice touch.
xO 醬海鮮炒飯 Seafoods Fired Rice with XO Sauce: While this dish was decent, it didn't quite stand out to me. The seafood was cooked well and the XO sauce added a nice umami flavor, but overall it was just so-so.
楊枝甘露 Mango Pomelo Sago: This dessert was definitely a standout! The mango and pomelo flavors were perfectly balanced and the sago added a nice texture.
Plus, the view from the restaurant was amazing. I would definitely recommend trying this one out!
