That spicy broth is the reason I keep coming back 🌶👹🍜I love Kikanbo’s ramen broths because it’s kind of like Tamjai, you get to choose the spiciness of two types of spices, the chili pepper and the sansho pepper. Chili pepper is your good old hot peppers and the sansho pepper is the numbing kind! 🤤 This time I tried the ramen with fried bean sprouts and I found it very pleasing and balanced.
