以前好中意食鬼金棒,尖沙咀分店都食过几次,但今次真系超级失望!辣味噌拉面我每次都会嗌,今次小辣都太油,厚厚一层油系面,目测至少有4mm厚!油得太夸张了吧!好勉强地食咗4分1,真系油腻到食唔落。。。汤底好油好咸,没有层次,系咁饮水都搞唔掂!旧豚肉好厚,但一大半都系肥膏脂肪,应该无人食得落。。。平日晚上店里只有几个客,铺头亦充满好大阵消毒清洁味,真系唔开胃估唔到隔咗一排,质素已经差咗咁多,难怪无生意,亦不会返转头,真系好失望! 继续阅读

老婆想吃拉面,刚好经过就进去试一下。星期四的晚上,8点左右,店内只有几个客人,店员都比客多了。汤,食唔出骨头汤的香,只有味噌,麻,辣三个味道。肉,正正方方好大旧,肥瘦相间的瘦五花肉,但瘦肉位置煮到干柴柴。蛋,蛋就是最好了,流心的。面,食不出在日本食拉面的感觉,拉面好短身,唔弹牙,好似自己煮辛辣面都比佢好。环境,黑麻麻的,吧台没有都不让我们坐,要坐一边黑麻麻的桌子。服务,现在都没什么服务不服务了,自己扫码点餐,枱面有水有杯自己来。 继续阅读

鬼金棒系香港都开左好多间分店啦~今日就同朋友系尖沙咀行街,就入去试下啦🥰店舖嘅外观一眼望落去就好有日式风情,招牌醒目又有特色,唔使特登去揾,行过路过都好容易被吸引住目光嘞😎门口嘅装饰都好有心思,有啲日式嘅小物件摆放喺度,未入门就已经感受到阵阵嘅日本味道喇,真系好有氛围感呢🤩我哋就拣咗炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉面同埋莞荽辣麻味噌拉面,真系好有特色呀👍【炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉面】个汤底融合咗辣麻味噌嘅独特风味,味噌嘅醇厚咸香同辣麻嘅刺激味道配合得相当巧妙🤤。炒豆芽菜嘅加入就令整碗拉面口感更加丰富,豆芽菜嘅爽脆同拉面嘅弹牙面条一齐入口,会有好特别嘅口感碰撞,而且豆芽菜吸收咗汤底嘅味道,每一口都充满住浓郁嘅辣麻味噌香气,真系好过瘾呀😎【莞荽辣麻味噌拉面】对于中意莞荽嘅朋友嚟讲,呢款拉面简直系福音呀😍。汤底嘅辣麻味噌味依然醇厚,而大把嘅莞荽铺喺拉面上面,令整碗拉面散发出独特嘅莞荽清香,同辣麻味噌嘅味道相互交融,食嘅时候既有辣麻嘅刺激,又有莞荽嘅清新,好有层次感。面条依旧保持住好有弹性嘅质地,吸住汤底嘅精华,搭配埋其他配菜,成个味道真系令人回味无穷呀🥰。两款拉面嘅配菜都好新鲜,叉烧肉依旧烧得金黄,外脆内嫩,肥瘦比例岩岩好,一咬落去肉香四溢🥩。溏心蛋嘅火候亦都掌握得好,蛋黄呈半流心嘅状态,口感软滑,同拉面搭配埋一齐,令整碗拉面嘅口感同味道都锦上添花嘞👏服务方面亦都冇得弹呀🤝唔明嘅地方,佢哋都好耐心解释。落单之后出餐嘅速度都好快,唔使等好耐,一碗热辣辣嘅拉面就摆喺你面前嘞😋就算有啲特殊嘅要求,好似唔要某啲配菜呀,或者想要多啲汤呀等等,店员都会好乐意帮你去处理,全程服务都好周到,令你可以好舒服噉享受用餐嘅时光呢🥳总括嚟讲,呢间日式拉面店都好值得一试,无论你平时有几挑剔口味,都不妨嚟试一试,相信你试过之后,都会好似我一样,会想再去帮衬多几次嘅啦🤗 继续阅读

鬼金棒咁大名,个个都好熟悉啦。不过我本身如果食日式拉面我系唔太喜欢食辣口味,而鬼金棒嘅menu所有款式都系本身辣 (虽然你可以拣唔辣),所以一直都好少帮衬。不过,因为响香港值得食嘅店我都食到七七八八,或八八九九了,所以都系集邮心态食一食佢。《炒豆芽菜辣麻味噌拉面🍜》香味 (3/5) - 因为我叫嘅系炒豆芽菜拉面,原先我会期望一上碟会劲大阵镬气味,但又真系冇乜。我其实都唔系好明,我坐吧枱,有见到个厨用生铁镬,大火大火咁去炒d芽菜,但d芽菜真系闻唔出有特别镬气味。我会估计两种可能性:一,个芽菜原先太多水份,火虽然够大,但炒得唔够耐,所以水份仲系太多;二,炒嘅油可能唔系猪油,用左d健康但香味唔够嘅植味油。点都好,香味系唔够,只有基本嘅味噌香味,单调左d。汤 (4.5/5) - 先讲,我叫嘅系小辣小麻。汤方面我比好高分,因为,辣,麻,味噌,葱,蒜,姜,味道令人意外地平衡,冇话边个抢左fo。汤本身浓稠度其实唔高,色泽唔算太深色,而且咸度又适中。原先我仲担心太浓太咸,结果白担心一场。特别一提,味噌嘅浓度系颇够,浓,香,甜,䶢,辣,全部齐。另外仲有一个小惊喜,汤入面仲加左背脂,不过老实说,我食𠮶刻系唔知,到我睇返相先知,明显地有白色一点点。背脂本身嘅味唔系凸出,加埋落碗面道,对味道影响不大,不过诚意分有加。面条 (5/5) - 中太面,小曲,咬口十分足,色泽小黄偏白色。虽然个汤都偏浓味,只要你keep住咀嚼,个面味会越来越出。我比满分最主要嘅原因系,佢配个汤真系好夹。一般味噌拉面,都会用中曲,中加水,面色偏黄嘅中太面,质地会偏硬,不过呢道就唔系咁,所以我认为面好夹个汤之余,仲颇有个性 。配料 (3.5/5) - 主角,哈哈,当然系形象担当,除左”鬼”👻之外,就系条”金棒” (珍珠笋) 😂 讲返正经,珍珠笋除左个样算几靓仔之外,系冇乜特别,亦好难好特别。另一位主角,当然系芽菜啦。不过求先都讲过,芽菜炒得唔够香,但基本质素系有,够爽口,份量都几足,连埋d面一齐食又系正。猪叉烧方面,上碟时我一睇👀,以为系普通角煮,我错啦。。。佢远超我预期。部份系猪五花腩,调味系东坡肉风味!酱油,糖,黑醋嘅味非常之出,而且块肉炆煮得好腍,完全系高质。溏心蛋系最令人失望嘅配料。。。则系咁,虽然蛋本身生熟度,蛋味都系正常,但最大问题系温度,入口系偏冻 😫我明白可能有d料用唔晒系会雪起佢,避免造成浪费,不过整返热系基本吧?呢个扣左分。最后,饮剩少少汤。唔系饮唔到,只系为走得更远铺路 😂 (避免摄取太多盐份),加上其实都好够皮。整体 - 值得推荐 👍👍👍可能有部份人会认为,连锁店就系唔好,要隐世小店先叫正,但我唔系咁认为。连锁店往往一开初都系由小店做起,肯定系好食,受欢迎先做大。而鬼金棒嘅分店就算唔及d超级连锁店咁多,但都唔少架㖞,日台港都有,加埋都有十几间。以连锁式经营嘅店黎讲,我觉得鬼金棒算系保持到一定质素,整体味道绝对系中上有余。唯一要弹一弹嘅系d职员嘅态度,唔微笑,低头工作,比人感觉好唔精神亦好唔友善。 继续阅读

Randomly searching for a ramen place in Tsim Sha Tsui, ending up this popping out. This restaurant was located in city centre and easy to find. No reservation can be made but easy to get a seat. We were sitting along the bar. Water was self served. We made the order via QR code. Easy and user friendly.Poached egg pork ramen came first. Looks absolutely delicious. Could literally smell the meatiness. Pork was half fatty and half lean. It was moist and tender. Fatty part could melt in my mouth. Ramen was in appropriate portion and well cooked to my selected hard side. Broth was incredibly savoury but not oily. Love the spice level which i went for medium. Very fragrant. Egg was well cooked even the runny yolk absorbed all the flavour.My friend's one was almost the same but the coriander one. It was a mountain of coriander. It was so strong that even I could smell it while the noodle was placing beside. Rest was pretty much similar to mine. Pan fried dumplings were absolutely delicious. I love Japanese dumplings so much because of the crispy bottom and the thin wrapping. Not even oily at all. Stuffing were just right. Half meaty and half chives. Everything was just right.
