山葵日本料理 (已結業)

二人晚上九時半左右來吃晚飯。店內只有幾桌客人。點了:1. 雜錦刺身，新鲜，蝦很甜，但帶子不夠鮮美。2. 三文魚親子壽司，好味，吃後有很滿足的感覺。3. 海膽刺身，都ok，但份量太少了。4. 鰻魚炒飯，好野味，但太油，且太多味精。(我和朋友吃後都覺得頭痛。)5. 燒銀鱈魚，魚肥美，不會燒得太乾。staff 都好nice，但男的略欠笑容。氣氛不錯，但10:30 後可能是bar 的時段，音樂太嘈了。我們馬上埋單走人。埋單要HKD 800，偏貴，我會寧願去「魚一丁」，或再貴一點，去「孝勢」，所以應該沒有下次了。

來這兒lunch，叫了一個刺身定食和芝麻豆腐。刺身真係好新鮮，但個麵豉湯唔夠熱兼淡口，漬物都算ok；個芝麻豆腐就真係好好食，有豆香之餘還有少少花生香，蘸上芝麻醬同吃，yummy 呢！不過價錢真係定得太高，實在…！

叫左shell crab salsd,tataki sushi patter,o-toro sushi, clams 同燒saba.....十分好味道!!睇得出廚師既心機!!女侍應好招呼~好精神~男侍應就差d!background music幾好~~冷氣大,侍應會拿上披肩....十分好!!$合理~~

DINNER 就咪搞, LUNCH 都貴, 不過裝修好掂! 碎甘蝦伴魚子醬食得過, 不過唔會再幫襯了

Its really expensive!! But I still hungry.At first I expect Japanese restaurant with such classes must be amazing.............yes its really true.Food is bad,service is bad! And please switch off that kind boring Buddah Music..I m having dinner not going to sleep!!I think all the servers are having a part-time job there,they doesnt have any product knowledge,or they have better carry along with a dictionary.All dishies serving Tiny,just fit my 3 years old son!!Tricky!!Especially that expensive"G

一去到係dinner time, 燈光很亮, 這餐廳喜歡"玩鏡",將整間餐廳放大了, 我們叫了第一round 的食物, 食o個陣好感覺到廚師的心機,每樣食物都好細心,味道不錯,刺身都算新鮮. 坐下坐下,燈光越來越暗, 音樂越轉越有bar feel... 唔錯唔錯...但係3個人食左8百幾蚊... 仲要叫左唔係好多野食......

I went there with a friend and we had a job promotion celebration there.Service is bad, toilet is smelly, music is too loud and the staff had basically no product knowledge. What's more? The sashi & sashimi are not fresh at all.It costs almost $2000 for two. Very expensive and not worth it at all. I would prefer to go to Ramas Greens on 11/F, because their service is nice and price is so reasonable.

平心而論，雖然環境一流，但食物質素認真麻麻，爐端燒就不錯。價錢太貴了，不值。

同事請我食Farewell Lunch，一行五人，去左山葵食。第一次黎，入到去覺得好黑，但裝修幾特別…條路真係幾有行catwalk feel喎。我地五個人坐D圓形卡位，但好衰唔衰學人整高一級，搞到好多人經過都俾佢"kick"親。講到野食，都真係幾貴，但勝在多選擇，set lunch都有成廿幾款定食你揀，$88-$168不等…我叫左個築地刺身定食($128加一)，有12件刺身、前菜、漬物、蒸蛋、麵豉湯同白飯，仲有咖啡或茶。D刺身好新鮮，都幾大件，樣樣都係我鍾意0既，其他人都係食到飽飽的。講真，以貴少少0既價錢，食到好D0既野食，又坐得好D，又唔洗等位，我覺得呢度比魚一丁好好多囉﹗

some ppl are willing to pay for the deco and the arrangment of food intead of the taste... i went there last nite w/ my friend... two girls and end up with around $500.... the fried udon.... >_< i never ate a udon taste that bad but cost me almost $80 .... others are just soso....

well, i know it is a pretty high end restaurant, but sometimes it's worth to eat something nice once awhile! i went there w/ a friend wed nite. We ordered the sesame tofu (my favorite), a small small piece, but the texture was exceptional.... cannot eat it anywhere else!! beef sashami-- very fresh, tender... with the sour sauce, it just MELT in your mouth... the scallop was 180 each, ok la... nothing special.... the sushi platter was ok too... etc..since the environment was nice, we drank some s

食咗set lunch, $128+10%魚生飯定食,有幾樣嘢,全都幾ok魚生款式多,好新鮮,幾好味,係幾貴價料環境high　class,但音樂cyber chic feel,一啲都唔match,且lunch hour實在幾嘈下,中間啲枱有啲迫,整到低格咗,waiter/waitress唔夠pro,好MK look,有啲直情係阿姑,無service可言,只係喺度整自己手甲,無咩嘢做今次個魚生飯係唔錯,但亦唔平,眼見魚生以外的lunch都麻麻地,而a la carte似乎係overpriced(因見到隔離枱散叫)

好耐之前睇雜誌都知呢間?廳靚架啦...亦都知佢貴..由於其他?廳無位...係冇得揀既情況之下...都入左呢間食...我地冇book 位...帶位姐姐問我地介唔介意坐bar位...所謂bar位原來係矮...一邊有梳化...另一邊係冇"挨pan"矮仔...非常唔舒服...點了牛肉茄子燒...teriyaki chicken....燒原條魷魚....sake...同埋兩碗飯...埋單都大約四百....都唔算好貴....味道算中上....service 都唔錯...只係叫埋單叫左幾次個姐姐先記得...但係最吸引人的都係果度既裝修...真係好正...淨係食佢既視覺藝術都抵....食完飯坐係梳化飲sake 仲有techno music做background...都真係幾好feel 架....P.S. 本以為洗手間既deco 都會有番咁上下...但原來平凡樸實得很!

the interior design is trendy, but the seating arrangement is a bit crowded. Some foods are special, such as sesame tofu... taste good. However, i do agree that the price on most items are relatively high and the service is not that great.It's worth trying ONCE, if money is not a concern...

Yes! The deco is very good, stylish. However, the services is not good at all(typical Hong Kong problem). Food is okay and tempura is good. Very stylish design but tables is very near, thus you just like to eat in canteen. Very lousy when they is full. I will not go there as the price is very high and not worth.
