唔好意思咁遲先俾食評,我係十二月中去嘅,當日我老公好鬼馬,好神秘咁訂咗枱同我去慶祝結婚五週年紀念,我當晚知道要上山頂,已經覺得好surprised,好開心。雖然當晚好凍好大風,但係一入到歺廳就好暖,我哋坐室內,雖然睇唔到風景,但係都好有氣氛。我哋坐低之後老公就点咗魚生沙律、蟹肉意大利飯、牛扒同半支香濱。雖然嗰晚仔仔唔舒服,成晚扭計兼成歺飯要我抱住,但係我哋都食得好開心,d食物好好食好有水準,一放低就嗅到香味,我老公点咗牛扒要medium rare,煮咗出嚟啱啱好,好juicy好軟熟,個意大利飯真係好香,隻蟹脚一早就剪咗殼,用义輕輕一挑就出,好方便,個魚生沙律份量唔少,沙律醋好醒胃,best appetizer。食完main course老公就叫waiter上個預先訂好嘅dessert。個dessert一上,原來係軟心朱古力蛋糕,旁邊仲寫住Happy Wedding Anniversary,我真係覺得好sweet,嗰次係我第一次食軟心朱古力蛋糕,好大鄉里,一cut開個蛋糕,d朱古力流晒出嚟,我仲忍唔住嘩咗一聲,真係失禮,我一啖一啖咁食,啖啖都覺得好sweet好滿足,嗰晚我真係好開心印象好

幫襯過呢度好多次啦不過一直都冇影相唔好介意呀試過唔係好多款食物今次黎個小總結1. 脆炸軟殼蟹- 絕對無得頂,全港最好食既軟殼蟹一定係呢度!- 呢度d軟殼蟹好肥美,次次都係即叫即炸的,真係好食到暈- 雖然落左粉漿,但係蟹既鮮甜一d都冇被破壞,正- 10分以上2. naan- 又係每次必叫的,超好食,即叫即烤,又熱又鬆軟- 試過洋蔥味,煙肉味同原味,覺得洋蔥味最掂- 10分3. 小食拼盤- 有3層,脆炸軟殼蟹+ 凍蝦+ 炸魷魚+ 三文魚(其實仲有不過我唔記得啦)- 應該係for 4個人share來吃的- 海鮮新鮮,作前菜最佳- 8分4. 白汁煙肉磨菰意粉- 好creamy好正- 食得出芝士味,yummy!- 意粉煮得岩岩好,真正al dente- 10分5. 炸豆蓉薯仔球- 很熱很脆,一層薄薄的粉漿,好好食- 10分6. 軟殼蟹牛油果加州卷- 相比起脆炸軟殼蟹,這個十分失色- 軟殼蟹不是太熱,不過也是脆的- 和花亭的較好吃- 8分黎親呢度都係因為心思思想食脆炸軟殼蟹所以唔係試過太多款美食連最鍾意既risotto都未食過,失敗!但係脆炸軟殼蟹真係超級強烈勁推介唔知係咪同一般店舖的來貨唔同呢度

1. 脆炸軟殼蟹
- 絕對無得頂,全港最好食既軟殼蟹一定係呢度!
- 呢度d軟殼蟹好肥美,次次都係即叫即炸的,真係好食到暈
- 雖然落左粉漿,但係蟹既鮮甜一d都冇被破壞,正
- 10分以上

2. naan
- 又係每次必叫的,超好食,即叫即烤,又熱又鬆軟
- 試過洋蔥味,煙肉味同原味,覺得洋蔥味最掂
- 10分

3. 小食拼盤
- 有3層,脆炸軟殼蟹+ 凍蝦+ 炸魷魚+ 三文魚(其實仲有不過我唔記得啦)
- 應該係for 4個人share來吃的
- 海鮮新鮮,作前菜最佳
- 8分

4. 白汁煙肉磨菰意粉
- 好creamy好正
- 食得出芝士味,yummy!
- 意粉煮得岩岩好,真正al dente
- 10分

5. 炸豆蓉薯仔球
- 很熱很脆,一層薄薄的粉漿,好好食
- 10分

6. 軟殼蟹牛油果加州卷
- 相比起脆炸軟殼蟹,這個十分失色
- 軟殼蟹不是太熱,不過也是脆的
- 和花亭的較好吃
- 8分

黎親呢度都係因為心思思想食脆炸軟殼蟹
所以唔係試過太多款美食
連最鍾意既risotto都未食過,失敗!
但係脆炸軟殼蟹真係超級強烈勁推介
唔知係咪同一般店舖的來貨唔同
呢度d軟殼蟹肥美好多
太令人著迷啦.........

身處遊客區,預左價錢貴
不過絕對唔會有呃鬼佬既感覺,因為真係非常好吃

今年生日, 女友送左個超級驚喜俾我女友靜靜雞早兩星期已經訂定位係度同我慶祝生日當日臨上山頂先知原來佢訂左位係呢度食, 之前我同佢都未黎過, 所以我地懷住無比興奮既心情搭纜車上山訂左夜晚7點, 但上到山頂時只係6點幾, 見大家都肚餓, 所以就早d入坐. 女友因為怕凍所以訂左坐室內, 但當日天氣有少少湲, 所以一入去我地就問可否坐室外, 接待的那位小姐好有禮貌咁請我地等, 佢check一check就叫同事帶我地出室外坐.我地兩個睇左menu一陣, 點左1-2人份量既海鮮拼盤, 燒羊架, 蟹肉意大利飯& 每人一杯野飲, 再加埋女友係訂枱時已經order左甜品(佢點都唔肯話我知order左d乜)個海鮮拼盤黎到, 我地兩個既反應都係"嘩", 比想中像多; 1-2人份量竟然有生蠔, 大蝦, 蟹腳, 青口, 蜆各4件, 石蜆2件. d海鮮有淡淡地既海水鮮味好清, 好爽, 好甜~正!食完海鮮拼盤之後就黎燒羊架& 蟹肉意大利飯, 個燒羊架& 蟹肉意大利飯未放低就已經聞到好香, 食落更加係一流.食完之後去左洗手間, 返埋位同女友傾左一陣, 佢一直唔肯同我講既甜品終於到喇, 由於我背住餐廳坐, 所以唔知甜品

食完海鮮拼盤之後就黎燒羊架& 蟹肉意大利飯, 個燒羊架& 蟹肉意大利飯未放低就已經聞到好香, 食落更加係一流.

食完之後去左洗手間, 返埋位同女友傾左一陣, 佢一直唔肯同我講既甜品終於到喇, 由於我背住餐廳坐, 所以唔知甜品已經到左我身後, 突然覺得身邊有點火光, 好快就聽到服務生講了一句Happy Birthday之後放低個甜品就聽到幾位服務生一齊唱生日歌, 佢地一唱完, 旁邊幾枱的外國人一起拍手& 同我講Happy Birthday, o個一刻真係好開心. 甜品係暖心朱古力蛋糕, 碟上寫住Happy Birthday to Hubby. 淨係睇到就已經甜到入心.

最後女友同我講返, 因為佢知道廚房要時間準備個暖心朱古力蛋糕, 所以係我去洗手間既時候佢就諗住同服務生講叫佢通知廚房準備上個甜品, 但原來個服務生一早留意住我地, 佢係見到我地差唔多食完個燒羊架& 蟹肉意大利飯就已經叫定廚房開始準備個甜品, 我覺得呢d service真係好好, 好細心. 全程由第一步踏入門口到離開時叫人幫我地係門口影相, 遇到既每一個staff都好nice, 好好笑容同埋好有禮貌.

最後借呢度同我女友講
"多謝老婆豬為我安排呢個咁正既生日晚餐, 我永遠都唔會唔記得你安排俾我既呢一晚, 我希望到八十歲時, 我地依然係埋一齊, 仲好開心咁同我地既孫仔孫女講2007年我地一齊過左一個好開心好難忘既生日"

清幽的露天茶座,四周大樹林立,播音器唱着老歌,遠遠西方,還有日落美景相伴。悠悠閑閑的坐着,呷着紅茶,頓覺煩惱盡消。可惜,太陽漸漸西下,風也漸大,露天茶座的吸引力就減弱了。最後,吹得有點冷,有點頭昏腦脹,還是要離開這高貴的山頂茶座,落山尋找美食保保暖。

After walking around the Peak on friday late noon, me and my family member went to The Peaklookout for dinner. When got into the Restaurant it was really busy and the atmospher looks so intense but when got inside the restaurant we were warmly greeted at the front desk .(Which we weren't expecting at this kind of rush atmospher)..since we didn't have the reservation and need to return the table ,they were very kind enough to gave us the table that we wanted. The food was great ,especially the oysters it was really fresh ,<tandoori seabass and lamb=damn good > and the hot choclate lava cake(which was hardly recommended by the waiter).There was not a single things that me and my family disagree on about this great dinner experiece ..at this great restaurant. finally not to mention about the service; it was most efficient,professional and wholehearted service that i haven't experience for so long time .

Last Wednesday 3/10 I wanted to book a table at the restaurant Peak Look Out for my friend leaving Hong Kong, So I called the restaurant to book the table and the girl answered the phone and when I ask for a table, I was put on hold until the phone was cut off, Ö.K”so call again and another girl answered and I was put on hold again and the same thing happens, this was ridicules and unprofessional for a restaurant of such reputation. Anyway I decided to go there, so I did go there with my friend and I asked for a table, the girl with glasses at the door asked me if I had a booking in a quiet impolite way,”I tried to call to make a booking but the phone was cut twice”I told her, I was surprised when she said that’s not possible. I still bared her attitude and asked her again how long after we can get a table, she said “I don’t know”? Just before I lose my manners I told here that we will walk around and come back in half an hour or so. We came back after a about half an hour and ask the girl , if they have a table available now, she asked me to wait, “O.K “so were waiting for the table when I hear she telling her colleague “let them wait “good thing my friend didn’t hear this, if it wasn’t my friends last day in Hong Kong she would have got the best of me. Anyway we got the table near their reception counter, which wasn’t a great table and I was pretty sure with that kind of service and attitude we won’t be able to change, so we order our meal and got on with it, while we are having our meal we can over hear all the dirty and disgusting language they are using. We went after our meal and this will be last time I will never go to this restaurant, this was a big disappointment to go to a restaurant which is NOT CHEAP, POOR ENGLISH STANDARDS, NO SERVICE, NO MANNERS, BAD ATTITUDE, USING BAD LANGUAGE where the customers can hear you .Can get far better service in any Tai Phai Tong with 30% of what we spend here.

打去book table既時候, 個reception既女仔都好polite, 當我同佢講話我女朋友生日既時候, 佢都話fax個menu俾我, 等我可以揀定甜品俾佢地食上面寫字.
同埋佢地都sure個甜品拎埋黎既時候, 個waiter會唱歌.

到12號個日下就, 佢地打黎confirm我booking個陣,
都同我confirm一次我既order, 連食物入面有d咩ingredient係唔可以有佢地都有confirm多一次.

我既booking係19:00, 點知因為等唔到車, 令到我要將個booking 推遲左兩次, finally推到20:00, 但係我打去改時間既時候, 佢地都好polite咁話唔緊要, 同埋有咩需要就再打俾佢地.
(其實呢樣野都令我幾impressed.)

去到既時候,
d waiter都好polite, 仲會同我地
傾下計, 問一問食物既quality有無問題.

每一個waiter埋黎serve我地既時候, 都會同我女朋友講一句生日快樂. (呢樣野其實都係out of my expectation, 我只係諗住佢地會唱一次生日歌ga ja.)

食物既quality真係唔錯,
女朋友特別鍾意佢既海鮮拼盤,
同埋佢個甜品.

overall....
食物既quality都真係幾好,
當然price就一定會比普通resturant貴少少, 但係都係acceptable.
個環境, 因為而家轉涼,我地係坐outdoor, 仲舒服.
個d燈光, 都好岩一pair pair去食飯傾計.
而service都真係唔錯呀!

總括黎講,呢度D侍應同reception幾nice而且反應好快,就算係星期六比較繁忙,食物速度都唔會話好慢,又會好勤力幫我地換碟同加水,埋單既時候仲同我男朋友講生日快樂,整體都好好!!

Last Wednesday 3/10 I wanted to book a table at the restaurant for my friend leaving Hong Kong, So I called the restaurant to book the table and the girl answered the phone and when I ask for a table, I was put on hold until the phone was cut off, Ö.K”so call again and another girl Mandy answered and I was put on hold again and the same thing happens, this was ridicules and unprofessional for a restaurant of such reputation. Anyway I decided to go there, so I did go there with my friend and I asked for a table, the girl at the door asked me if I had a booking in a quiet impolite way,”I tried to call to make a booking but the phone was cut twice”I told her, I was surprised when she said that’s not possible. I still bared her attitude and asked her again how long after we can get a table, she said I don’t know? Just before I lose my manners I told here that we will walk around and come back in half an hour or so. We came back after a about half an hour and ask the girl Mandy if they have a table available now, she asked me to wait, “O.K “so were waiting for the table when I hear she telling her colleague “let them wait “good thing my friend didn’t hear this, if it wasn’t my friends last day in Hong Kong she would have got the best of me. Anyway we got the table near their reception counter, which wasn’t a great table and I was pretty sure with that kind of service and attitude we won’t be able to change, so we order our meal and got on with it, while we are having our meal we can over hear all the dirty and disgusting language they are using. We went after our meal and this will be last time I will never go to this restaurant, this was a big disappointment to go to a restaurant which is NOT CHEAP, POOR ENGLISH STANDARDS, NO SERVICE, NO MANNERS, BAD ATTITUDE, USING BAD LANGUAGE where the customers can hear you .Can get far better service in any Tai Phai Tong with 30% of what we spend here.

Look the comments from Openrice.com, most of the comments is Food is good, environment is good, but Service is BAD!!Food sure is important, but if the service is bad, i won't come again.So, sincerely advise to keep the quality of service, quality of waiter/waitress.

今年生日喺正中秋節,HONEY提議去呢間餐廳,因為呢度可以同埋我哋隻愛犬嚟慶祝+賞月,一舉兩得!今晚BOOK咗6:30,準時去到,現場仲未有客,我哋最早,之後點咗2個龍蝦湯,1客FRESH BREAD,1個海鮮拼盤,1份頂級西冷,1份法國海鮮大會,1杯石榴雜飲,臨尾最SURPRISE嘅係個暖心朱古力蛋糕,賣相夠精緻,服務員仲唱生日歌,好窩心,埋單$13XX ,整體無論環境(夠浪漫),食物(夠新鮮),服務(夠親切),都非常好,值得一去再去!

有英倫朋友到訪,大夥帶他到山頂睇夜景及在此「遊客餐\廳」晚膳。餐\廳格局好遊客,一入去就見到一個大紅燈籠。但食物就非常國際化,由海南雞飯到意粉到印度tandori烤雞都有。點左四樣食物三文魚凱撒沙律--不過不失,芝士份量都多。Tandori Chicken配蒜蓉烤包--鐵板上,加埋乳酪汁,好開胃既一道菜,外國朋友亦食得開心(但英國應該已經成日食tandori?)海鮮Risotto--Risotto煮得好煙韌,忌廉岩岩好。可惜配料較少,只有大蝦同幾片烤魷魚。泰式炸蝦餅--得四件,味道OK,但以抵食程度一定唔得。環境:可惜坐室內,無得睇風景。份量:每樣食物都頗大份,適合外國人胃口。食物加飲品(2Xbeer+2Xjuice),埋單$888,好意頭!十二年無去過山頂,加上由細到大都無估到自己會黎呢間餐\廳食物,感覺自己似遊客多d。之後去凌霄客睇夜景,好開心既一晚!

餐\廳格局好遊客,一入去就見到一個大紅燈籠。

米米,某程度上,我也同意你的說法,但請你不要一竹竿打成船人,你不清楚整件事的過程,請勿亂作評語。而且事情發生在結賬前,所以絕對不關你所說的小費問題。在下也是一位香港人,但自小已移居了美國十八年,相信對外國的禮儀也略知一二,而且我家族也有在美國經營一家頗具名氣的餐廳(美國FoodNetwork和報章也曾訪問)。首先,並不是每種國籍人仕也懂得付小費。美國人比較濶綽平均小費在15%或以上,英國的就比較差些,其他歐洲國家的就更甚;至於亞洲區,如日本,馬來西亞,及印度等地的亦大多不太理想,所以外國人並不如你所說的都懂得付小費。還有,我不認識你所說的"難得一餐去貴價餐廳的香港人",因為我所認識的"香港人"常常都會去貴價餐廳吃飯的,而且相信這個網站也有很多食家不只一次地去貴價餐廳吃飯。還有,你真的認為這是一間很高級的餐廳嗎?SugarTerri
