這晚，是我們第一次山頂遊順其自然地，選擇了這間餐廳撐枱腳相比於凌霄閣眾餐廳的冰冷無敵海景我著實是較為喜歡這餐廳內裡的溫暖感覺或許是同行伴侶的關係吧也不禁要為這裡的整體感覺加加分從燈光、裝修、音樂等，都給予一種優雅、但不俱促的氣氛當然，名副其實的「食氣氛」，食物反倒是其次點了一份羊、薄餅、金邊粉、& 兩杯果汁老實點說，味道是一一般般的普普通通亦當然不會差她很喜歡這裡的音樂輕快或柔和的jazz，能完全令你投入進與伴侶的共處時間或許你會認為我太主觀了沒錯，但如果一間餐廳能令你主觀地自願加分這間餐廳，也算是一個不錯的選擇吧

慶祝男朋友生日最後一餐~下個月拆番佢餐勁至得早兩星期前已經訂左枱架啦~因為想坐個靚靚位~早左少少到~ 入去時帶到我去到一個在洗手間附近的一張枱 (雖然唔係最近果張但都望到~個心唔係咁舒服但又望到少少海境 ~ ok la) , 之後我逛了一個圈~我這個位也不太差因為另一邊好嘈~我地點了印度烤雞: 雞脾位係 ok 嫩~但係其他就鞋咗啲啲啦,周圍既配菜酸酸地幾開胃~墨西哥辣肉腸+燒魷魚: 呢個唔得呀因為個燒魷魚唔熟, 男友食完肚仔疴! 我咬左一啖唔對路就吐番出黎~整體呢道菜既味道都係ma ma 地~炭燒羊架: 6成熟~有羊味又唔太羶~ 剛剛好~ 佢地配左一個叫做紅米飯~佢地落左啲香料同米一齊煮~好香好香同埋佢地啲米係特別長同埋幼的~好好味最期待的甜品時間....心太軟~good good~十分好味道同埋期待啲朱古力湧出黎既時候~心情唔知點解好開心~ 十分滿意個甜品~ 100 分唔知係咪人多呢~個個待應都好忙~忙到好忙咁~忙到好急果隻TIM~這一間餐廳要是人多了, 食物同埋服務都欠了少少,但環境同氣氛都好好! 整晚都好開心~ if 唔係坐近洗手間位會少人啲打擾就會好啲啲~BB 同男朋友生日快樂

A belated birthday celebration for my boyfriend and I. We went there in early September. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and took our reservation for 2 in the outdoor garden terrace. The food was amazing. We had a selection of fresh oysters and clams (all very good), then I had roast duck with orange sauce and potato croquettes (?) and my boyfriend ordered the grilled steak. 自從上次生日飯後一直都對The Peak Lookout念念不忘適逄好友生日當然要帶佢食最好的事前一早訂了outdoor位置友人眼看見到這美麗的小屋也大叫一番這地方真的鬼多過人正正是一間高級餐館首先點了兩杯美味的果汁不過唔記得叫咩名lu..不過真係好好飲食物方便點了幾只pacific OysterOyster Rocketsfeller & chesse smoke salmon pasterdessert方面當然叫了出名的Hot Chocolate Fondant & Bread & Butter Pudding pacific oyster真係好美味...好鮮甜..食完個口有少少甘甘地真係好值得一試Oyster Rocketsfeller更不在話下...真係必食推界.本身十分愛好芝士的我兩呢味食物對我地黎講真係一個恩賜...芝士配上莧菜再加埋新鮮大隻oyster真係美味到頂點友人邊食邊叫好吃...大家真係要試一試仲有個cheese smaoke salmon paster聽上黎好似好普通但係食起上黎又好好味條條PASTER都包住好多好多CHEESE真係好開心好滿足食到咁上下...W

醉人美境, 出品表現很細心, 餐廳位於山頂, 消費較高, 但那也是值得的.太平山餐廳, 一如其名, 餐廳位處山頂,擁有極佳景致,迷人燈光, 與附近商場的繽紛與繁華相比, 別具一格. 餐廳屋頂和窗簷都佈上無數的小燈泡,浪漫氣氛,未步進餐廳已值得加分.友人預先book了室內位置, (不得不提假日是非得要訂位才能用餐的) 侍應生遞上了menu 還有太平山餐廳的介紹, 看了我才知道, 原來這間餐廳在山頂上, 是非常有歷史的建築物, 足足見證了一個世紀. 室內氣氛舒服浪漫, 實屬慶祝紀念日,或求婚首選是晚2人菜色:1. 冷海鮮拼盤 ~ 生蠔是Penn Cove,口感夠creamy及鮮甜, 唯欠海水味. 蜆是櫻桃石蜆,口感脆,十分新鮮2. 龍蝦湯 ~ 味道細緻, 夠傳統 3. Garlic Bread ~ 小小一塊garlic bread足可見出品認真4.頂級炭燒肉眼扒 ~ 一流! 頂級 rib eye 當然要medium rare, gill 得洽到好處, 實水準之作 !5.鵝肝醬配多士~ 鵝肝醬份量夠多,厚厚的一大片,香濃味甘, 配上切得薄薄又烤得甚為鬆脆的麥包多士, 不錯!!6. warm

This nicely decorated 'hut' has been a landmark at the peak for over half a century. The restaurant is actually quite expensive. However, the service I got was really not what you normally have in Fastfood restaurants or Tea restaurants!I just want to mention that a young staff (a little chubby with glasses, but always with a smile) is very nice, helpful and polite! I cannot afford to come over here again and again ...but if i got a nice date, pormotion, or my mother's birthday....for sure i do !!

冇咩特別o既原因,pat爸話上山頂食lunch,於是就去試下~冷海鮮拼盤: 我最終意食蝦, 覺得肉質都好彈牙同埋好鮮甜,仲有大蜆都唔錯, 不過我唔食生蠔, 所以唔知好唔好食, 但pat豬都話OK, 長腳蟹我覺得好似咸左D.橙汁雜飲: 麻麻地鐘意, 好似有D苦苦地.凱撒沙律: 一般.羊架配焗薯、露荀: 我唔食羊, 所以唔知好唔好食, 但佢地食完都話好食.頂級炭燒肉眼扒配薯條、白菌: 我最終意食牛, 所以我首選呢樣, 叫左6成熟(不過上台時, 唔係好覺係6成熟), 肉汁好有牛味, 咬落去好淋, 有少少入口即溶o既感覺, 仲有少少燒o既味道魚柳: 唔記得個名, 只記得佢係咖喱味, 因為D咖哩味已經蓋過左D魚味, 不過食落口一D都唔覺得魚肉有"鞋"o既感覺, 仲好多汁.墨西哥薄餅: 一般, 佢仲有2碟醬汁跟薄餅食, 一碟係白色, 一碟係綠色, 但我都唔知係咩味, 所以只點左少少黎食, 但我覺得淨食薄餅好食D.

再次來臨太平山餐廳食飯，那天是星期六晚上，咦！排長龍，很久沒見到一些餐廳需要排隊入座，但是不用一分鐘，親切和有效率的receptionist已經安排好座位給我和我的女朋友，哈哈，當晚餐廳內十分繁忙，但看見友善和有效率的服務員，不荒不忙地為我們準備好今晚的用膳。唔講咁多，開飯啦！頭盤當然食番上次的Seafood Platter。新鮮的生蠔、鮮甜的海鮮配襯專業的服務員介紹兩杯New Zealand (Sauvignon Blanc)白酒，正、一絕。跟住再點了Assorted Sashimi Platter，賣相十分吸引，刺身的味道比起香港一些正宗日本餐廳有過之而無不及。主菜又點了百食不厭的Rib Eye Steak，水準依然那麼好，Very tender and juicy...最後甜品時間，暖心朱古力蛋糕非佢莫屬！又享受了一頓豐富美味的晚餐...

其實我係2月7日食既,不過呢期忙呀,所以遲左寫,當晚係因為同老公提早慶祝情人節+3周年紀念,加上我一直都好想黎呢間餐廳試一試,終於得嘗所願!坦白講,無論店內裝修同格局其實同赤柱美利樓既WILDFIRE有D相似,唯一唔同既應該係有LIVE SHOW ,打開餐牌價錢唔算好貴,都係心目中既價錢,即係要一SET 漢堡要二佰幾蚊,一塊牛扒都係唔洗3百蚊,不過個扒都算大塊,都幾厚身,咬落去都唔錯,幾多汁,抵食!,好過尖沙咀REDSTORE,又貴,牛扒又硬又乾! 不過個漢堡扒就有D遜色喇,無乜味道,淡左D!整體黎講都OK既,叫左兩樣野,無叫野飲,又無食甜品,埋單都唔洗5百蚊,慶祝既話都不失為一個好地方既,都有可能會再去既!但係就應該會再遲D先囉!
