其實一早想試呢間老字號餐廳, 好鍾意佢d裝潢, 華而不俗~ 好grand 好elegant~ 呢間餐廳d waiters都係香港人, 好nice, 客人就多數是外國人, 我地隔離枱就係3個日本老伯伯老婆婆。 雖然沒有拿到米芝蓮的星級, 但個人認為她已有作為一間星級法國餐廳的水準了。 整體service很好, 每次送上食物時侍應都細心解釋材料。我們食了8道菜, 用了差不多4小時, 雖然等食物時有點悶, 但幸好有live band演出, 主音女歌手唱得好好聽 食物方面, 整體不錯。賣相很好, 而且用料新鮮~ 我們叫了一個dinner set $1,388 + 2個 a la carte + 1/2lb birthday cake 已經超飽! 魚子醬略咸, 但與新鮮的蟹肉配合得很好, 檸檬醬呢個sauce很清新, 有醒胃的作用, 作為前菜真的不錯!
Lightly-poached lobster mousse with green pea custard
呢個的龍蝦肉比想像中鞋, 但並不難食, 只是想像中會很滑, 但蝦肉很爽, 食得出很新鮮~ 不過個人不是太"好"青豆, 所以個sauce唔係好啱我口味
Atlantic brill braised in a spiced red wine, caramelised onions
呢個魚就麻麻地, 因為有d"鞋", 紅酒汁都ok, 但配魚食我就麻麻地
Bresse pigeon prepared two ways with goose liver and black truffle
呢個乳鴒比想像中好, 肉質嫩滑, 侍應suggest 要medium well, 所以都ok~ 個鵝肝好滑, 不過同黑松露相比, 個人鍾意黑松露多d, 因為個鵝肝同個乳鴒一齊食, 個鵝肝太濃味, 有少少搶去了乳鴒獨有的肉味

呢個又係龍蝦, waiter 話Blue Brittany lobster 無貨, 所以選擇了Boston, 唔可以話唔好味, 但可能因為之前個龍蝦太好味, 所以有d expectations~ 呢個就無咩特別喇!
Tropical fruit combination
最鍾意呢個生果combination with coconut sorbet, 個sorbet 好清甜, 好好味! 食完覺得可以再食多幾味~
Peninsula tea and Petits Fours
個tea同個朱古力一齊食簡直perfect, 個gaddi's 朱古力超滑, 唔太甜, good!
最後就係我個生日蛋糕, chocolate hazelnut cake, 其實exactly 叫咩名就唔知, 因為係老公揀的。呢個好好味, d 榛子mousse 勁滑, 我最鍾意chocolate+hazelnut 呢個配搭。佢又唔係太甜, 細細個, 我地呢個係半磅, 係hsbc信用咭送的
總括來說, 環境與服務是滿分, 味道與價錢則合理, 雖然有些貴, 但用料新鮮, 所以ok~
