🍽 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 :
We opted three dishes that was made with potatoes but they all presented in different tastes and textures. The butter masala was a tomato-base curry which was aromatic, not spicy and also with rich flavours from the tomatoes and cashew nuts 😋Pairing with the potato naan, I had tried it in my India yoga study trip😋It was much tastier than the plain naan and matched every curry dish perfectly.
Tandoori mixed grill was selections of grilled meats including lamb, chicken, fish and prawn. They were cooked to perfection with crispy crust and well-seasoned outside.
Pani puri was the fried potato puff, dip it with the mint sauce to cut the grease. The last potato dish we chose was the potato cake😋It was crunchy, soft inside with little spicy taste.
Beer and mango lassi matched well with Indian cuisine😋😋The tangy taste of the lassi could perfectly balance the greasy.
💰 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 : Located in Sheung Wan, the price was reasonable and it was full house at around 7pm. And I will definitely back for their butter chicken again!
中文名字雖然叫印度皇，但Basmati嘅意思係芳香之后，也是印度香米的名字。佢地出品如名字一樣，色香味俱全。
我地揀左3款有薯仔嘅菜式，以不同方法烹調分別展現出各自獨特嘅味道同口感。我地最鍾意香滑馬沙拉雞，以番茄熬製嘅咖喱香濃但唔辣，腰果碎令質地更濃厚同滑溜，配上薯仔烤餅更夾🤤🤤之前喺印度學瑜伽時在學校食過，呢度嘅薯仔烤餅同印度食到嘅一樣好味😋
燒烤精選有羊肉、炸魚、蝦、雞，每款都烤得外脆內嫩，烤時加左唔少辣粉更有風味，建議搭配薄荷乳酪醬食😋炸米餅好似薯仔泡芙波波，配薄荷汁可以消除油膩，好特別好好味😋😋炸薯餅正正常常，外脆內軟，帶微辣。食物同啤酒及芒果酸奶好夾，特別係酸甜嘅乳酪，減低油膩又開胃。
餐廳定價以上環黎講合理，晚飯時間都幾full。食物美味，尤其香滑馬沙拉雞，為左佢我一定會再返黎🤤🤤
