The kind of cakes which is difficult to be made impressively delicious, especially for those which stick to the use of white whipped cream. A fresh fruit cream cake was ordered from Peninsula Hotel for birthday celebration purpose. Whipped cream throughout the cake was very smooth, soft and not very sweet👍🏻 To make the cream cake stand out, Peninsula adopts génosie biscuits to structure the cake instead of simply making a sponge cake. Génoise biscuits were layered by thick but extremely smooth and soft cream, which tgt simply melted in my mouth, not separately in the forms of genoise biscuit and cream but in single combined texture.

Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and yellow peaches were used as fruit toppings. They were fresh and sweet (not artificially sweet with the wrap of sugar syrup)👍🏻
This cake was impressively classic and delicious😋
