4 girls went here for lunch.I used to go to 元气to eat sushi as I think its quality is better than others.However, it seems that the food quality keep dropping in recent years, maybe due to intense competition.Salmon sushi was not as fresh and fat as before. 劍魚腩’s texture was a bit strange, maybe not fresh.带子 was not large and not sweet at all!!!Luckily the 元气巻 and 軟殼蟹巻 was still delicious.

去了元氣食壽司。今期冬日新登場的是「雪意味惑」, 有4 種新品, 我要了其中3 樣:醬油漬吞拿魚($15) –我硬是覺得那吞拿魚不新鮮才要用醬油來醃, 而且我一邊吃飯一邊散跌下來, 麻麻。鱈場蟹井($20) –呢個就正啦, 成個飯是裝在竹筒內的, 蟹肉食落應該不是假的, 又鮮甜。另有少少三文魚子增添油香, 但壽司飯就嫌少了點, 所以不要用它來填肚了。壽鮮蝦($15) –吃完才醒起點解咁爽的呢? 原來係生蝦。都幾大隻口架。

還記得它開張首2個月,天天大排長龍,我們還笑別人傻呢!上星期某晚同蝦子餅來吃晚飯,此景已不再(要排大對我們不會傻吧),晚上8時也立刻有位.我們點了生牛肉,帶子,穴子,鱆紅,燒三文魚,三文魚子,蟹子沙律,飛魚子...等等.魚生算新鮮但壽司飯有點"散",我覺得最好是帶子吧!2個人吃了16碟才告滿意結帳...這兒的比那間"壽X亭"的壽司好得多,近近地也是一個不錯的選擇!
