富山麵家在銅鑼灣一條安靜小街。店面不大,桌距夠,坐得安穩。半開放廚房看得到師傅備餐,像在日本小拉麵店。店員友善,落單與加水都留意。這期主題是角落生物。從餐具到擺盤都呼應,但味道沒有被造型掩蓋。我們把主題菜點了一圈。特製黑醬油拉麵配料足,叉燒入味,易咬開;湯底鹹香分明,油度適中。特製冷麵配微酸冷麵汁,青瓜、雞絲、蝦、蛋條一應俱全,酸度剛好,很開胃。炸栗子紫薯餅現炸即上,外層酥脆,內裡綿軟。特製芭菲用草莓牛奶布丁做底,再放雲呢拿雪糕、新鮮草莓與藍莓,旁邊一塊年輪蛋糕,甜度控制得好。飲品點了荔枝椰果梳打和白桃烏龍奶茶,甜度克制。整體調味偏輕,吃完不覺口渴。份量對得起定價。點主題菜還會送鑰匙扣,做小任務可拿文件夾;喜歡店裡的大容量主題拉麵碗,也能直接買。想找一餐輕鬆、好拍又好吃,這裡值得一試。…Read More
