To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新店開業約半年，環境乾淨明亮，用餐區寬敞，桌距舒服。我們選$328潮汕牛肉火鍋放題，120分鐘任點。自助吧動線清楚：前菜有泰式沙律、木瓜絲、無骨鳳爪，酸甜開胃；甜點區放滿泰式糕點、綿綿冰、糖水，還有雪糕和水果。熟食備有炸物、小菜、海南雞、蒸點心。火鍋配料齊全，蔬菜、各式丸餃，以及多款泡麵與烏冬。飲品選擇多，推介自家竹蔗茅根水與香茅水；洛神花茶清爽，泰奶偏甜。串燒即叫即燒，但調味略淡。

海鮮主打即撈即煮。鮮蝦、沙白、蜆任取，蝦肉爽脆鮮甜，貝類乾淨無沙。肉類選擇豐富，牛雞豬羊任食，另有鮑魚、鵝腸、手打蝦丸等。澳洲和牛油花平均，輕涮即出香氣；潮汕手切牛厚薄得宜，彈滑有口感，是全場亮點。

服務流暢，店員勤快添湯收換碟。整體而言，選擇多、食材新鮮、坐得舒適，最適合三五知己一人一鍋慢慢涮，主攻和牛與手切牛就對了。
