呢間野聽過好多次,不過第一次黎幫襯,無得book枱,所以等左差唔多成個鐘先有得入。講返野食,其實大部份都幾好食,只係唔知點解個招牌烤鴨反而唔係好得,本來一心黎食個烤鴨,真係有啲失望。價錢方面當然唔算平啦,無免費茶水,叫茶要用人頭計,唔係一壼壺計,我哋五個人,佢比兩壺茶,一壺入面三個茶包,另一壺就得兩個,好鬼古怪。不過佢就無限定用餐時間,係尖沙咀黎講都算係咁啦。

是日突發奇想,想試試新餐廳,到海港城走走在之前Rice Paper的原置開了一段時間的美中鴨子,人流很多而每次經過都很多人等候。大部份人都桌上點了一壺透明玻璃的茶壺為店內增添一股優閒的味道。店內的木色裝潢精緻典雅。食品的質量不錯而且價格一般,值得一試。Barbecued Peking duck-duo servings - sliced crispy duck skin and duck non soup : half bird $150: 味道一般可能暖一些會好一點,但份量足而且沒有太oily或fatty.Greenhouse pea sprouts with tea tree mushrooms in broth: $88 食材新鮮很菜爽口上湯清。Marinated spare ribs in black vinegar sauce: $68 很喜歡這味前菜比一般的好而且沒有下過分多的糖或醋完全蓋了排骨的味道。

一間位於中上區的名牌集團食肆、食物質素不差、但由點菜、上菜到進食、全店員工無不給您一種時刻趕住收工的服務態度、香港飲食界是否已被淪陷了!!!

衷心希望美心集團管理高層看到這篇食評、能有所改善!否則、可考慮把食肆的"美中.鴨子"店名改為"趕.鴨子" 或 "美中.不足"來配合店內員工的步伐!

與朋友相聚,不外乎是想找一間舒服的餐廳聚腳,裝潢有時才變成重點。知道TST有間美中.鴨子,以鴨做主題的中國菜,幾特別... 所以就決定去食...餐廳全部以鴨做主題,所以連碟都會有鴨的出現...連茶茶都唔放過 頭盤唔錯, 味道夠濃當然要食鴨啦~!! 其實相比其他出名食鴨的餐廳,比較遜色... 但都可以接受小籠包就普通,湯唔夠多!! 值得一讚係夠熱 紅油炒手都夠辣...其實以TST黎講,呢間餐廳都幾好!! 起碼唔會係傳統中菜咁沉悶

每次經過都見到很多人排隊,於是昨晚5點40分便去排隊.6時有位,安排入座,位置不錯。然後待應走來說,要不要食鴨,因要等45分鐘,於是朋友都未來便點鴨,怎知只需10分鐘,鴨便送來,但勁失望,因為鴨是凍的,包鴨肉的薄餅也是凍的,而且皮很厚,不好食。除了點鴨外,還有點了餃子和上海粗炒,餃子來了,但粗炒很久都沒來,已催了兩次,後來粗炒來了,但勁鹹,於是向一名穿黑色TSHIRT 的侍應說,她便和另一位穿恤衫的待應反應,幾秒後,她回來說,粗炒是這樣的。然後我跟她說,要不你也拿碟來吃一口,看看是否應該這麼鹹的,然後那個穿恤衫的待應走過來,很晦氣的說,是不是有問題,一手拿走粗炒。大概7分鐘,另一碟粗炒再送來,由另一位穿白色TSHIRT的待應很晦氣地放在枱上。這碟不鹹,因變甜了,我們沒有再投訴,因害怕再被發脾氣,於是我和朋友都沒食這碟粗炒就埋單了。走時,我們沒有給小費,那個穿恤衫的待應很晦氣地把收銀的套拿走,連多謝都沒說聲。除了佈置比較好之外,服務和食物都差勁,下次不會再光顧。

美中. 鴨子第一次聽到這個名字的時候以為是日本餐廳, 原來是專食鴨的中式菜館剛到時見到一大堆人在排隊, 以為會排很久, 可是最後卻很快有位子, 不過要8點半前結帳~開始的時候會先上每人一碗鴨子豆腐清湯, 很清甜然後我們叫了小籠飽, 揚州炒飯, 四川擔擔面, 片皮鴨, 玫瑰花茶和桂圓紅棗茶~其他都是蠻好的, 跟普通吃過的也差不多, 可是一定要提的就是小籠包和片皮鴨小籠包的皮很薄, 夾起來的時候真的要很小心, 一咬下去就是滿口的肉汁, 配上酸酸的醋, 口感非常特別另外就是片皮鴨, 食的時候要用一張薄皮, 放上燒得很脆的鴨皮, 然後是不會氈味的鴨肉,配上青瓜條,青蔥條和北京甜醬, 包起來, 一口咬下去, 鴨皮的油和醬汁混合一齊, 鮮嫩的鴨肉和脆脆的青瓜形成強烈對比, 非常難忘~結帳都是平均每人$98, 不是太貴喔~!(p.s. 片皮鴨要比較長的時間才到, 所以最好要開始就order 喔)

其他都是蠻好的, 跟普通吃過的也差不多, 可是一定要提的就是小籠包和片皮鴨
小籠包的皮很薄, 夾起來的時候真的要很小心, 一咬下去就是滿口的肉汁, 配上酸酸的醋, 口感非常特別
另外就是片皮鴨, 食的時候要用一張薄皮, 放上燒得很脆的鴨皮, 然後是不會氈味的鴨肉,配上青瓜條,青蔥條和北京甜醬, 包起來, 一口咬下去, 鴨皮的油和醬汁混合一齊, 鮮嫩的鴨肉和脆脆的青瓜形成強烈對比, 非常難忘~

已聽朋友說這家常常要等位,於是星期6的晚上6時左右便到達,餐廳已有9成入坐的人!我們一行5人,還好尚有位, 不用等便入坐了, 而且還是卡位, 能望海景!起初以為沒有水提供 (因為環顧其他的台也沒發現有水)所以每人都點了飲品...最後才知道是有水的! 侍應怎麼不自動提供呢?片皮鴨因即燒關係, 侍應說要等40分鐘, 所以最後才上皮沒有肥膏, 吃起來不膩, 等得值!所有食物質與環境都很好! AE白金還有折! 所以此晚餐真的物超所值!

The stir fry brown breech mushrooms were a bit dry but the pea sprouts were very fresh and one could almost taste spring from chewing them. The rose guava soda was a pleasant surprise as it wasn't too sweet and we loved the zest from the guava. 

Service was fair, though we were not sure why the last order time was a quarter to ten - isn't that somewhat early for Tsim Sha Tsui eateries? But overall a nice meal.

這個麵分量很少,4個人只分到每人一啖。擔擔醬係另上的,不太好辣的要小心分量因為個醬都幾辣架,不過就超野味!!老爸超好呢個醬,仲用左隻餃子(窩貼) 黎"洗碗" 添,哈哈哈!

明顯出自本身舊店的餐廰集團手筆, 之前都未有那麼受歡迎, 改了主題後換言一新, 排長龍少不免點了片皮鴨就會每人奉送一碗清鴨湯, 味道好, 很清甜皮薄多汁饀均勻, 讚份量不少, 味道正常但較淡, 汁都很creamy十分之脆的燒餅, 很香口的肉碎帶點兒辣, 整體滿分, 正!點的是半隻, 當然看似沒有那麼多, 不過都切了很多脆皮及鴨肉上碟, 二人很夠吃便是了, 不算很肥, 皮真的脆, 肉真的嫩滑美味, 有足夠的蒸皮,蒜條,青瓜及甜醬供伴吃用, 讚!服務竟然不錯, 即使那麼忙, 職員都很有耐性很有禮, 難得!

第一次吃美中鴨子,
但第一個印象就是門口的男帶位員, 服務不是太好, (樣子串串的)

選了10款食品(以下的名稱不是太準確).

1.  蒜泥白肉(前菜)
每塊白肉都有一塊青瓜, 醬汁還可以, 但蒜味不夠

2. 馬蘭頭百葉卷 (前菜)
和相中的份量差一半, 但味道挺好! 還有松子伴碟, 口感和賣相不錯! 

3. 小籠包
一客六隻 皮太厚, 湯汁都足夠, 但醋也是小籠包的精髓, 可惜醋味不太濃

4. 普寧豆腐 
份量適中, 新鮮炸起, 所以吃第一口都有點"辣"口

5. 片皮鴨
期待已久的片皮鴨終於到了
在吃片皮鴨前, 有侍應都提供濕紙巾, 蠻細心
片皮鴨個組合是半隻鴨/一隻鴨加鴨湯
鴨湯味道不錯, 內有豆腐
但對於片皮鴨就有點失望,

在餐廳門外的廚窗都可以看到職員即叫即片, 看來好像很新鮮,
但皮很厚, 比起正宗的有一點距離
刀功亦不是太好

6. 乾扁四季豆
咸咸的肉碎配四季豆, 味道挺好, 份量足夠

7. 水煮魚片
一大鍋, 有滿滿的辣椒, 魚片很滑而不太辣, 內有陳村粉, 味道不錯! 

8. 茶樹菇爆炒豬柳
這個是整晚最好吃的一碟
利用胡椒炒得非常香而沒有蓋到茶樹菇的味道
但豬柳有點兒肥膩

9. 清炒苣萵
味道清新  

10. 甜品: 豆沙鍋餅
餅皮略為厚, 但豆沙料, 不是太甜, 還可以

**餐廳沒有提供免費茶水,
水每位十元, 而不同茶類就有不同收費, $25起
侍應還強調是無限添飲....
爸爸點了WHISKY($55/cup) 

如果下一次再光臨就應該不會點片皮鴨了
但我看到一些特飲, 賣相吸引, 希望有機會嘗嘗

美食令人快樂, 就算面對人生的煩惱, 社會的不公, 有美食相伴, 也能令人壓力減半。 人多時, 大家都有壓力, 食物服務都容易出錯, 我這次用餐的經歷剛好是下午茶時間, 人流相對較少, 有幸品嚐到較佳的食物, 只是海港城消費, 從來都不會便宜。
