今天晚上,我和朋友到荃灣,去咗一間名叫「自己人」嘅店鋪食飯。今次嘅菜式真係幾特別,首先點咗一杯新鮮油柑汁,清新又開胃。接著,爆珠馬蹄椰子水亦都好好飲,帶有椰子的香甜味。最精彩嘅係焗原隻百台,五隻焗到香脆,肉質鮮嫩,實在令人驚喜。油柑嫩鮑魚搭配得宜,鮑魚彈牙,油柑嘅酸味正好中和咗鮑魚嘅鮮味,食得我心花怒放。再來嘅油柑墩角螺,口感獨特,唔會太膩。百花紫菜酥同豆漿蟹肉蕃薯葉苗都唔可以錯過,前者外脆內嫩,後者則係海鮮嘅鮮味配上蕃薯葉,味道係一絕。辣避風塘紫薯味道重口,紅寶石粉果更係一口咬落去,果汁四溢,小小梨子亦都係甜得啖啖。最後,魚翅撈飯真係讓人讚不絕口,飯粒吸收咗魚翅嘅精華,十分美味!甜品叫了伍仁豆腐和福果薑薯,香甜美味。今次嘅晚餐真係令人難忘,期待下次再嚟!
