去到荃灣想食個下午茶,俾點心半價呢個字眼吸引左入左黎。首先個知客完全唔理人。。。最後要自己行入去搵位。坐底左又係冇人理。要叫左兩次先有人俾點心紙。再叫佢俾一壺水,叫左3次先有人俾。。點心上得算快。但叫任何醬料都起碼要兩次以上先有人拎嚟。有少少俾錢買難受咁。由入嚟到坐低,眼見都起碼8個員工,會聽到佢哋成班喺度傾偈吹水,但係冇人理我哋。。怪唔知下午茶時間但成間店都冇乜人,食物係好美觀,係好有心思但係食物質素麻麻哋。真係好普通。除咗預咗打卡令。真係唔好有其他期望。。。可一不可再,不會再幫襯。

這間自己人是間新潮潮州菜館,裝潢有別於坊間的打冷鋪,環境超寬敞舒服。食物選擇頗多,除了特色潮州粵菜,還有精緻點心,價錢合理。金魚戲水,金魚造型栩栩如生,浮在清澈的湯中,彷彿在水中游動,很打卡。金魚的內餡就好似蝦餃般,包裹著爽彈蝦肉餡。紅寶石粉果,閃令令的外皮,放上食用花,賣相很美,包着的是黑松露鮮菌菇。鳳眼蝦餃跟蝦餃相似,是外觀上似足「鳳眼」般。佛跳牆灌湯餃,內邊有海參,鮑魚,魚翅,瑤柱及花膠,十分足料及高級,上湯清甜。食潮州菜又點可以少了滷水併盤,有豆腐,墨魚,鵝翼,鵝肉及鴨胗,滷得入味,又不會過咸。辣酒花螺都很推介,花螺細細粒,每粒花螺浸滿辣汁,好惹味。這裡的茶飲很好打卡,因為他們的茶飲杯上會放上一個可愛的茶壺仔,放入乾冰做成白霧的效果。而且點一杯茶飲就可以免一個茶位價錢。我點的鴨屎香檸檬茶很清爽。

最近喺荃灣荃新天地發現咗一間潮州菜館身為潮州人嘅我即刻梗係去試嚇啦餐廳原來好大間,而且坐得舒服,入座嘅時候職員都冇話限時,就算一大班親戚朋友嚟聚會都啱潮汕生醃蝦蝦肉帶辣辣既鮮味,生醃後的蝦肉呈半透明果凍狀,入口口感鮮香黏滑,風味十足潮汕炸乳鴿皮脆肉嫩且油香四溢,一上枱已經食到佢熱辣辣香氣撲鼻,咬落肉質柔軟,肉味香濃滷水爽脆墨魚墨魚口感爽脆紮實,自帶清甜海水味再配埋滷水汁,醃製味道更加有層次滷水鵝件用上秘製滷水醬汁,入口略帶甜味和香料回甘鵝肉色澤紅亮很嫩,肉質咬落緊實卻不柴且帶肉汁,越嚼越香辣酒花螺濃郁的酒香是靈魂咸鮮的醬汁包裹花螺,螺肉口感Q彈有嚼勁,滋味飽滿。油柑燉角螺油柑一向有去油解脂,個湯好清潤爆珠馬蹄椰子水最先吸引我嘅係因為佢地隻杯嘅造型,之前去潮汕嘅時候已經見到呢個小紫砂茶壺冒著白煙呢個天氣飲椰青水確實清涼解渴,而且配埋粒粒馬蹄口感清爽
