朋友家住荃灣,山長水遠從港島區走去同佢食中午飯慶生,地方是朋友選的,在荃灣西站出口,穿過多個商場,再過行人天橋,終於到了荃新天地1期,見到這間叫自己人的新派潮州菜館。朋友之前在這裏用過餐,說地方環境不錯。觀看週圍環境確實不錯,地方寬敞,座位舒適,有梳化及卡位,裝修設計有創意特式,聽說開張才幾個月。朋友點了一隻炸乳鴿及海鲜紫菜炒飯,點心就叫了一個金魚戲水(湯蝦餃)之前朋友在這裏用餐,吃過海鮮紫菜炒飯,說味道不錯,這次再叫,飯竟然加了红米,不用雞蛋,看似很健康,但飯就好硬,朋友因腸胃不好,不能吃红米,雪藏蝦及迷你帶子無鮮味,這個飯不好吃,心情也受到影響,硬咽不下,朋友吃了小碗不吃,我勉強吃了兩碗,剩下的再也無法勉強吃了!總结在這裏用餐體驗,這兒茶位費收每位15元,但沒得選茶,另外加一服務費,收費不便宜呀!食物質量一般,特別是那個炒飯,令我們留下深刻不愉快的用餐體驗。

想吃傳統潮州美食,就會想起潮汕炸蠔餅。金黃色的賣相,趁熱吃的口感較好的,碟子有隔油位置,所以不會太油膩😛。吃得到酥脆的口感,蠔肉鮮味爽口,配著其他配料味道挺香的。另有醬汁可以加來吃,吃起來較惹味點。
