呢晚去咗荃新天地新開嘅潮汕特色餐廳,點左幾樣特色招牌菜,好正啊。潮汕生醃蟹呢道真係潮汕必食!隻蟹鮮甜得嚟帶少少鹹香,醃得好入味,啲蟹膏同蟹肉一齊食,滑到不得了,仲有少少甜辣味,好惹味。辣酒花螺呢個就正到爆!啲花螺好新鮮,辣味啱啱好,唔會太辣,但食完嘴唇會有啲麻麻地嘅感覺,加埋酒香,真係又辣又惹味,金魚戲水呢個名好詩意,湯餃真係靚到唔捨得食!啲餃子做成金魚形狀,內餡好鮮甜,呢個打卡一流!油柑燉角螺呢道湯真係好補!啲油柑味道酸酸甜甜,配合角螺嘅鮮味,飲完覺得成個人都精神晒。原隻龍蝦酥呢個一上枱已經係焦點!酥皮包住成隻龍蝦,切開酥皮,啲龍蝦肉好鮮嫩,真係高級感滿分!老香王雪山包最後甜品係雪山包,外皮酥脆,內餡係滿滿嘅奶黃,食落好香濃,完美收尾! continue reading
