To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 最後一人一杯茶盅豆腐乳凍 Tofu Panna Cotta $42,店方大小不相配的杯碟呈現傾斜效果

豆腐乳凍細緻嫩滑,帶輕輕黏感,重點在於豆乳味濃郁香潤,甜度亦合宜

可惜表面的可可粉卻見畫蛇添足,其濃會影響豆乳香味的發揮

雖然味苦,在飽餐一頓後平衡先前的滯膩及現在的甜潤,但會搶掉主角風采,簡單為上

超過十款菜式,加上最近也減少了食量,作為晚餐實在豐富得連我也差點吃不完

明明早就用完餐,但是我們仍多聊了約一個小時,直到店方提醒才感知時間流逝

前提是竟然全程無花生,只有大量旅遊及飲食分享,新年前的和平之夜

This place has totally changes my

conception of dim sim when you had Hokkaido King Crab and Sea Urchin springrolls, black truffle har gao, lobster bun, raffish cake wrapped with Parma hamand Rice Vermicelli with Parma Ham ( yes, we are fans of Parma Ham) at a bartable.

It was not iconoclastic as it may seem,they complement with each other in perfect harmony.

Pu-er and jasmine tea are was I alwaysorder in traditional Chinese restaurant, the drink serves in dim sum librarywill not disappoint the young generations. I ordered “Thousand Years of Song”,(“Song” was a dynasty in Chinese history). It is in fact earl grey infused gin,white puree, yuzu, lemon juice and fresh egg white. It is a fresh cocktail thatI would like to recommend ladies who are not fond of alcohol.  It also serves alcoholic drinks.

Highly recommended!!!!! Ideal for a high

quality light dinner. 

Definitely will visit again, suitable for

people of all age and cultures.

Hope they could keep up the high standard

in my next visit.

Dim Sum Library has landed in the right place because it is on the ground floor where most people will pass by.From the outside, it looks like a hip place for drinks with golden birdcage inspired chairs.Inside, there is a lovely Oriental outlook with a twist of Shanghai.You will also find mahjong tables in the far back room and it feels like there is some Shanghai romanticism going on here.Went here for dinner and started with this refreshin

I got a surprise eating these because you will find chunky pieces of black garlic inside which give it a burst of sweetness. It jazzes up the siumai and makes it memorable.

I loved the presentation of the aubergines which looked like Jenga bricks and the coating would trick you into thinking it was tofu inside.

The crispy aubergine was complimented nicely by the salted fish and Chinese chives on top.

The Yunnan black truffle crispy skin chicken was sensational because it was boneless and this would definitely go down well with rice!

The Iberico pork fried rice with sakura shrimps and fennel seeds was flavour overload for me because the sakura shrimps and fennel seeds had such complex flavours all coming out at the same time.

晏晝去金鐘太古廣場行吓街,唔覺意見到呢間Dim Sum Library。 中式點心?但係啲裝修成間鬼佬嘢咁,又有Bar Table,唔知係咪嗰啲鬼佬味中餐?唔緊要,入去試下,整番一盅兩件當歎吓下午茶。試咗幾個點心,一蒸一炸一焗,又估你唔到喎,都幾好食,幾認真。蛋撻啲蛋味好香,酥皮如果再做多幾層就好啦,不過佢做迷你蛋撻又唔可以要求得咁盡。 春卷炸得好靚,好乾身,炸油唔舊所以顏色好靚,海膽、蟹肉都新鮮,味道很好。燒賣有心思,兩粒係甘筍汁揉粉,兩粒喺波菜汁,肉質鮮味。PP又多一個好地方Hea吓飲杯茶食個包!😉💓🍴💓😁
