Restaurant: Dim Sum Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晏晝去金鐘太古廣場行吓街,唔覺意見到呢間Dim Sum Library。 中式點心?但係啲裝修成間鬼佬嘢咁,又有Bar Table,唔知係咪嗰啲鬼佬味中餐?唔緊要,入去試下,整番一盅兩件當歎吓下午茶。試咗幾個點心,一蒸一炸一焗,又估你唔到喎,都幾好食,幾認真。蛋撻啲蛋味好香,酥皮如果再做多幾層就好啦,不過佢做迷你蛋撻又唔可以要求得咁盡。 春卷炸得好靚,好乾身,炸油唔舊所以顏色好靚,海膽、蟹肉都新鮮,味道很好。燒賣有心思,兩粒係甘筍汁揉粉,兩粒喺波菜汁,肉質鮮味。PP又多一個好地方Hea吓飲杯茶食個包!😉💓🍴💓😁
