To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Came here for the first time with my family and honestly the food was a bit disappointing. The lobster bao in particular had very little filling with only a few morsels of tasteless lobster meat in them. An average char siu bao would definitely taste better. Other dim sums were just alright. The crispy hand-pulled chicken was quite good, however. 太太生日,事先thru openrice book位,備註「太太生日」四字,但未有要求食店加料,亦無預食店會我地加料。我地主要想試佢既點心,雖然款式吾算太多,但用料比較特別,普通酒樓食吾到。我地分別叫左黑椒和牛酥、花枝響鈴炸兩同鵝肝芋角。和牛酥係好食,皮鬆脆肉嫩,但略嫌太辣,蓋過左牛味(雖然我都食得辣);花枝響鈴炸兩亦上佳,花枝同響鈴吾係貴食材,但佢整得好鬆脆,炸兩底加左魚肉墊住,可能做承托,腸粉皮夠薄,正;反而鵝肝芋角我有保留,吾係話佢整得難食,只係覺得鵝肝同芋頭吾係好夾,食落好濟,但佢個炸皮都做得夠脆夠薄吾油益。最後我地叫左個流心海鹽朱古力糯米糍。重點黎啦,侍應特別係糯米糍上加左枝蠟燭,仲同我太太講生日快樂,哈哈,連我都估佢唔到....未食已甜入心。服務認真一流。最後埋單$394。

Instead of traditional dim sum, this resto serves fusion dim sum with some different elements. The interior of this resto was rather western, and mood lighting was adopted in contrast to the bright light in traditional Chinese restos. ☺️

We ordered a Black truffle har gau (shrimp dumplings), Hokkaido crab meat & sea urchin spring rolls, wagyu beef puff with black pepper, and crispy bean curd roll stuffed with prawn & squid mousse Cheung fan.

First of all, I like the har gau the most. This dumpling was mouthful. The excellent texture of shrimps was under a chewy wrap. (A soggy wrap is considered as failure in traditional dim sum!) And together with the deliciously funky aroma of truffle, I really wanted to order one more if my stomach wasn’t full yet😝 The spring rolls topped with sea urchin were creative, and more importantly, the sweetness of sea urchin had taken the dish to another level! Along with the crunchy wrap, it was extraordinary! 🤩 The wagyu beef puff didn’t really taste like wagyu, but the sauce was not bad. Lastly, the crispy bean curd roll was quite filling. The bean curd was literally crispy, and that made it awesome! 🥰

Overall, it’s a bit overpriced, so it’s a once-in-a-while thing for me for sure! 😆

即使近來疫情嚴峻,也無阻我和閨蜜來到金鐘太古廣場逛逛街行行名店。因為閨蜜是點心的愛好者,中午午飯時分,我們來到位於在廣場一樓的型格點心專門店吃過午膳。餐廳環境裝潢以型格黑色作主題,並以鳥籠作點綴。店內牆滿是上牡丹花和孔雀。左邊是一個小型酒吧,擺滿了以金色鳥籠的高櫈子。黑色型格中帶點富麗堂皇,原來這間餐廳是 Aqua 集團旗下的中菜點心餐廳。Pu'er Sour這杯雞尾酒的主要成分包括普洱茶、Johnnie Walker Black Label 威士忌、意大利香醋、蛋白和檸檬汁。深黑色的雞尾酒中間放置了一片焦燶的檸檬片作點綴,與餐廳的中西合璧黑色主題完全配合。味道醇厚強烈,醋酸中帶點檸檬果酸,再配上普洱茶的醇厚茶香和黑牌威士忌的獨特濃烈的醇香。海膽蟹肉春捲春捲放上了鮮橙的的海膽,春捲外酥內嫩,海膽口感綿密,味道濃郁四溢。美中不足是春捲內裏蟹肉不多,而且蟹肉本身味道清淡,被海膽味掩蓋。鵝肝糖心蛋鮮橙晶瑩剔透的蟹籽散佈在深啡的鵝肝上作點綴。鵝肝厚身肥美,外層香煎香脆,內裏全熟,口感相對結實,鵝肝味清淡。糖心蛋尚算流心,口感煙韌廷身,蛋味清淡遜色。黑松露蝦餃蝦餃色澤灰沈,外皮上輕輕散佈了零落粉

鮮橙色估計是龍蝦湯,黏度甚高,但味道甜酸尚算適中。伊麵口感鬆軟。蝦球煙韌爽彈,蝦味尚算恰到好處。

總體而言,環境裝潢設計新穎。菜式賣相創創新,但味道實在很有進步空間,頗令人失望。唯獨雞尾酒味道出眾,創意十足。

8.和牛鵝肝炒飯

雖然唔係啖啖都食到鵝肝同埋和牛,將飯放喺石鍋入邊,保持熱辣辣嘅口感,飯亦十分惹味,味道較為濃。

9. 櫻花蝦炒飯
面上放有香脆的炸米,拌勻口感一流,兩個炒飯飯粒粒粒分明,乾身,唯獨我認為鑊氣不夠!

總結整體評分,呢間餐廳絕對係值得食嘅,選擇多餐廳點心都好有自己嘅特色,亦都好花心思去設計,五星推介俾大家!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Pacific Place. The lunchtime booking is always very full, so I called to book a week before. They have a lot fusion dim sum here, we organized team lunch here and every bodies enjoys it very much. Our favorite dishes are fish spring rolls, DanDan pork noodles, crispy aubergine and Wagyu beef puff. The spring rolls are so special, crispy aubergine tasted like tofu with special dressings!
