To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. One of our favourite restaurants in HK. You can’t go wrong, food is delicious and the staff are incredibly hard-working and helpful. Food-wise there is so much choice, you have to order the Dan Dan Xiaolong Bao, Wagyu Beef Puffs and Black truffle garlic gau. There are also lots of amazing hot dishes too and tea-infused cocktails. Always recommend going to friends.

Dim Sum time!—————I love all kinds of Dim Sum, and finally tried Dim Sum Library for the first time a couple weeks ago! They serve fancy fusion dim sum (which also come with a higher price point), including wagyu beef puffs, way fancier than our typical char siu puffs! The design of the restaurant is also quite dark, very dimly lit, not exactly what one would imagine how a dim sum place would look like😂Personally though, I prefer traditional dim sum which are cheaper and pretty much just as good

Other dim sums were just alright. The crispy hand-pulled chicken was quite good, however. 中秋佳節,豪嘆世界。港島香格里拉酒店貼近太古廣場,所以落咗去太古廣場搵野食。喜歡食環境的我,當然搵間環境不錯的餐廳吃飯。門面似烏籠,內部裝修比較黑,似酒吧。但餐廳特別在包羅萬有!可以話佢係酒吧又得食飯都得!門口酒吧枱,可以嘆下飲兩杯。今次係因為想食點心,所以選擇咗佢。叫左個擔擔汁包,果然咬入口有啖啖、擔擔麵的湯汁味道,皮薄餡靚!海膽春卷,平時食鮮海膽就比較多,但係點心就比較少,所以叫左份試吓,海膽鮮甜,春卷脆香,真令人回味。黑蒜燒賣都好精緻,用咗菠菜料做皮,魚籽做裝飾,咬落有溶化的黑蒜感。只食點心一家人一齊當然唔夠飽啦!叫左個黑松露炒飯,好香的黑松露味道配上炒飯香氣撲鼻。真係一分價錢一分貨!好味😋

門面似烏籠,內部裝修比較黑,似酒吧。但餐廳特別在包羅萬有!可以話佢係酒吧又得食飯都得!門口酒吧枱,可以嘆下飲兩杯。
今次係因為想食點心,所以選擇咗佢。叫左個擔擔汁包,果然咬入口有啖啖、擔擔麵的湯汁味道,皮薄餡靚!海膽春卷,平時食鮮海膽就比較多,但係點心就比較少,所以叫左份試吓,海膽鮮甜,春卷脆香,真令人回味。黑蒜燒賣都好精緻,用咗菠菜料做皮,魚籽做裝飾,咬落有溶化的黑蒜感。只食點心一家人一齊當然唔夠飽啦!叫左個黑松露炒飯,好香的黑松露味道配上炒飯香氣撲鼻。真係一分價錢一分貨!好味😋

Instead of traditional dim sum, this resto serves fusion dim sum with some different elements. The interior of this resto was rather western, and mood lighting was adopted in contrast to the bright light in traditional Chinese restos. ☺️

We ordered a Black truffle har gau (shrimp dumplings), Hokkaido crab meat & sea urchin spring rolls, wagyu beef puff with black pepper, and crispy bean curd roll stuffed with prawn & squid mousse Cheung fan.

First of all, I like the har gau the most. This dumpling was mouthful. The excellent texture of shrimps was under a chewy wrap. (A soggy wrap is considered as failure in traditional dim sum!) And together with the deliciously funky aroma of truffle, I really wanted to order one more if my stomach wasn’t full yet😝 The spring rolls topped with sea urchin were creative, and more importantly, the sweetness of sea urchin had taken the dish to another level! Along with the crunchy wrap, it was extraordinary! 🤩 The wagyu beef puff didn’t really taste like wagyu, but the sauce was not bad. Lastly, the crispy bean curd roll was quite filling. The bean curd was literally crispy, and that made it awesome! 🥰

Overall, it’s a bit overpriced, so it’s a once-in-a-while thing for me for sure! 😆
