To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 薄薄杏仁片裹面,帶來微焦的果仁香氣及脆感,但略有油感

先吃芒果果肉一端,沒有感受到流心的爽快,就得到了清甜果味

當全件入口後,酸甜稠濃的流心餡就秒間爆漿,即時感受破解當初對其的質疑

最後一人一杯茶盅豆腐乳凍 Tofu Panna Cotta $42,店方大小不相配的杯碟呈現傾斜效果

豆腐乳凍細緻嫩滑,帶輕輕黏感,重點在於豆乳味濃郁香潤,甜度亦合宜

可惜表面的可可粉卻見畫蛇添足,其濃會影響豆乳香味的發揮

雖然味苦,在飽餐一頓後平衡先前的滯膩及現在的甜潤,但會搶掉主角風采,簡單為上

超過十款菜式,加上最近也減少了食量,作為晚餐實在豐富得連我也差點吃不完

明明早就用完餐,但是我們仍多聊了約一個小時,直到店方提醒才感知時間流逝

前提是竟然全程無花生,只有大量旅遊及飲食分享,新年前的和平之夜
