今日打八號風球,唔洗返工,去咗太古親戚家聚聚,4點幾先落波,睇下夜晚附近有咩食,大家都異口同聲想食潮州菜,上網check原來鰂魚涌英皇道1001號7樓有開左”陳儀興尚潮樓”,馬上打去睇下開唔開先,原來晚市會開,便馬上留位。看看Menu,今次試啲特別嘅餸先,先來一碗二十年老菜脯鮮豬肚湯,湯頭清甜富菜脯香,清潤生津,足料外豬肚也嫩嫩的,好滿足。普寧豆醬煮海魚,店員介紹這是野生海魚,平常比較少會有,也很難買到,用上潮州凍食都會用的普寧醬去調汁煮,豐咸香,魚好嫩滑入味。汕頭煎蠔烙,份量足,蠔有好多,十分肥美,口感豐富,香口不油膩。肚肉苦瓜煲,這個煲也特別,也就是這裡才有,大大片的腩肉,層次分明,爽口嫩腍好吸引,苦瓜亦甘香有特色。下次再來試試其他菜色先。
