同屋企人去開沙田,想搵間中式嘅酒家食晚飯。即刻諗到新強記。呢度最出名就係乳鴿同埋燒鵝,兩樣都皮脆肉嫩。特別鍾意食呢度嘅燒鵝,好有鵝味!來到沙田,梗係要食沙田雞粥。雞粥味道好有鮮味,應該係用咗新鮮雞,啖啖都令人回味無窮。咕嚕肉亦都係我平時食中菜必點,配埋菠蘿,味道酸酸甜甜,送飯一流。椒鹽豆腐炸得外脆內軟,令人食唔停口,落左椒鹽好惹味,不過記得要趁熱食,風味更佳 !除此之外我哋仲食左炒飯同埋菜。炒飯炒得幾乾身,而金銀蛋炒莧菜我都好中意,好有家常菜嘅風味!
