爸爸對新強記的乳鴿情有獨鍾,今日襯放假帶佢出去行下,順便帶佢落沙田新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家食佢最鐘意的乳鴿,餐廳除左乳鴿,雞粥和燒鵝都一樣好出名。餐廳門外掛滿了一排的紅燈籠,內外裝潢都非常懷舊,餐廳環境寬敞,乾淨企理,坐得舒適。金牌燒乳鴿(2隻)爸爸第一時間就點了2隻燒乳鴿,乳鴿依然保持表皮香脆,肉質好juicy 。柱侯牛腩煲牛腩和牛筋都炆得非常入味,而且炆得勁腍,底下白菜仔吸盡牛腩的精華,味道夠惹味,送飯一流。西蘭花炒班球班球不會散開,鮮美無腥味,加了少許豆瓣醬,變得更惹味,而且西蘭花煮得剛好,不會太淋和太硬。瑤柱蛋白炒飯瑤柱蛋白炒飯份量十足,瑤柱蛋白炒飯得好香,不會太濕太乾,炒得好有穫氣,粒粒分明,吃進口有彈性,充滿瑤柱汁香,口感好豐富有層次。
