一直對新強記燒鵝所有聽聞,今日專程陪男朋友嚟大圍整車,順便喺呢間餐廳飲茶。男朋友一坐低就叫咗個叉燒切雞飯,佢嘅燒味真係值得一讚,叉燒帶點焦黑嘅邊位食落香脆,而切雞嘅肉相當之嫩,配飯一絕!另外梗係唔少得品嚐佢嘅新強記燒鵝王,一放入口就食到鵝油嘅香,而且好多肉汁,皮薄唔肥膩。點心方面就叫咗:潮州蒸粉棵、蜜汁又燒包、金珠鹹水角。粉棵好大粒,入面加入左花生、芫荽、馬蹄,非常足料,另外蜜汁叉燒包非常鬆軟,食落甜甜地;至於鹹水角,外脆內煙靭,鹹中帶甜!
