見周邊啲人都食豉油脾,又見係招牌菜,哥本身又幾想食,

叫佢招牌菜真係當之無愧,因為瑞士汁入味非常,已經達至爐火純青既境界,

雞肉軟稔又唔會好咸,雞脾加瑞士汁=絕配,極推薦依間嘅瑞士雞脾!

好耐都冇係冰室飲過菠蘿冰,因為大多數人都係中意紅豆冰,

今日工作太忙,無哂時間食飯,直到下午約3點才有空去醫肚。係荃灣食野,我就梗係去路德圍搵下有無好野食。我見呢間有下午茶所以試試。點左蕃茄豬扒飯,先講蕃茄汁,味道好濃,都幾有蕃茄味,感覺似幾足料,可能落左好多茄醬調味。豬扒就炸得幾香脆,味道吾錯,下午茶來講幾ok。

偷得浮生到了樓下冰室試吃了個午餐;店內擺設頗有心思:美侖美奐的小小可樂樽,好容易吸引坐上客注意因是平日下午茶時間,不用等位,但都有8成滿座,証明茶餐廳在路德圍大有需求,座位很擠,桌面很窄,座椅背板是很直身的,吃食活動都易踫到鄰座客人。點了午餐有火腿+炒蛋+牛油脆豬、蕃茄湯义燒公仔麵,熱檸水,食物上桌時間很快,大約5-6分鐘完成炒蛋有點乾硬身,牛油脆豬就比較對口味,外皮超鬆脆,包身軟心,焗得剛好,蕃茄湯就有點失望,因為雖有粒粒蕃茄粒,味道很假吃不出蕃茄的鮮味,可能糖的比例太重迎合年青一點食客吧⋯⋯ 價錢只可說是一般茶餐廳價位,以茶餐廳而論,味道也只是一般,試過就可以了。

近呢幾個月,個個星期都陪我家大少去荃灣,次次下午茶時間都唔知食咩好,咁岩今日經過路德圍,見到呢間餐廳,個裝修都幾特別,於是就入去試下平日下午茶時間唔太多人,而我地兩個又唔係好肚餓,於是只係叫咗一個餐兩份食,個份量都幾多蕃茄蛋通粉~ 大大碗,蕃茄味濃,炒蛋半熟,好味睇返食評先知原來佢地出名瑞士雞翼,下午茶餐都有跟兩隻雞全翼,好大隻,不過略為咸咗少少,但呢個價錢都已經唔錯,仲聽到個侍應姐姐話係即叫即整,新鮮!不過個碟就細咗少少,因為我想將隻雞翼拆骨嘅時候有少少論盡跟餐加錢可以飲特飲,叫咗話梅冰,不過就得好少冰,有待改善

曾經係荃灣住過一段時間,今日做完野就重遊舊地,發現路德圍有呢間樓下冰室,下午茶時間人也蠻多人,就入去試一試這裡裝修也蠻別緻,睇到牆上推介瑞士雞翼,又見下午茶set好抵就試下蕃茄濃湯通粉配牛乳炒蛋超濃郁蕃茄湯底,而炒蛋十分香滑, 配上通粉口感十足,而且份量超足招牌瑞士雞脾如果計呢個係下午茶set, 呢隻雞脾真係好大隻,一d都唔係tea set size, 好香既瑞士汁,脾位啖啖肉,肉質嫩滑,自中學畢業就已經很久沒吃過原隻雞脾菠蘿冰是新鮮菠蘿,並不是用罐頭的,味道清新鮮甜,而菠蘿亦十分足量,十分解渴超足的份量 超滿足的一個下午茶

聽說這間新派冰室的「招牌瑞士雞髀」水準不俗,趁著這天要到荃灣出席活動,特地前去試試。 因為這天晚上還有飯局,所以來到這間陳設頗有懷舊味道的冰室時,只是吃了下午茶而已,沒吃午餐或晚餐。 這天我吃的,是下午茶餐中的「招牌瑞士雞髀配粟米雜果沙律」。「粟米雜果沙律」小小的一兜,滿是濃濃的兒時港式茶餐廳風味,未必是很好的味道,但酸滋滋的沙律醬配以爽脆的蘋果、菠蘿和粟米,卻充滿小時候的溫暖回憶。 「瑞士雞髀」是「太平館餐廳」的招牌菜之一,一向有名,想不到這間後起之秀的「招牌瑞士雞髀」的水準,也不遑多讓,瑞士汁味道甚佳,而且全部滲透進雞髀之用,加上雞髀肉嫩而不嚡,確是甚為美味,可惜雞髀不是太大隻,要是能大隻些,就更好了。這間新派冰室的「招牌瑞士雞髀」的確不錯,不枉我在晚飯之前,先來幫襯它。

瑞士雞髀」是「太平館餐廳」的招牌菜之一,一向有名,想不到這間後起之秀的「招牌瑞士雞髀」的水準,也不遑多讓,瑞士汁味道甚佳,而且全部滲透進雞髀之用,加上雞髀肉嫩而不嚡,確是甚為美味,可惜雞髀不是太大隻,要是能大隻些,就更好了。

老公一直嚷著要食茶餐廳,在路德圍見到一間新式茶餐廳⋯ 入去試一試。幸好早點來到,不用等位就可以入坐。店員都很年輕,餐牌上的食物都很有創意⋯ 感覺很有活力!點了1個蕃茄蛋通粉配吉列魚柳,1個藕餅雞排飯(令我想起榮式雞排),加1件雞脾⋯ 及1杯凍鹹檸七。點了餐後加飲品半價。試試雞脾,生抽味很濃⋯ 甜度可以加重⋯ 不似瑞士汁⋯ 就是豉油皇雞脾的味道。蕃茄湯味道很鮮濃,真的似真材實料的蕃茄煲成。炒蛋ok.... 可以再嫩一些。魚柳厚實,不會乾巴巴的。沾沙律醬吃,才發現似是他們特調的海鮮他他汁。點這個藕餅雞排飯,就讓我想起榮式的味道。不知2定店有沒有關係⋯ 當然雞排和藕餅的外形不太似。這裡的藕餅很大的一個⋯ 雞排也是長長的。最後來一杯鹹檸七結尾Yeah.... 可以再encore呢~

『樓下冰室』是一間位於荃灣路德圍的茶餐廳,每到晚年都幾乎滿座。餐廳不大,座位也頗擠迫的,這次7:30pm左右來到也要搭枱。餐廳的招牌菜可說是「滑蛋蕃茄湯通粉」,所以今次也點了這款,不過我將通粉轉了做螺絲粉,因為我覺得螺絲粉能吸更多蕃茄湯!蕃茄湯一如以往十分香濃足料,炒蛋略嫌不夠滑,炒蛋也很嫩滑,與蕃茄湯非常搭配!另外,還點了一份「豉油雞腿」,跟「蕃茄湯螺絲粉」作為一個餐來叫共$48,雞腿很大隻也很入味,雖然肉與不算嫩滑,但有豉油味搭夠,吃起來也頗滋味。整體來說,食物不俗,雖然價錢不算很平宜,但也是不錯的茶餐廳選擇。------------------------------
