最近發現公司附近開左間「樓下冰室」太好了!今晚放工可以去食喇!平日lunch比較多人放工去會好d夜晚6點去到未算太多人入到去就有位餐廳環境裝修非常懷舊地方乾淨企理坐得非常舒服餐廳都有介紹有6大必食:有特色蕃茄濃湯通粉、瑞士雞脾;花膠雞米線;金牌咖喱牛腩飯等等。我有選擇困難症,揀咗好耐都唔知食乜好😂太多選擇,樣樣都好想食最後我揀了蕃茄濃湯配螺絲粉拼牛乳炒蛋,配麻辣脆雞粒,飲品就揀了凍華田脆脆。食物好快就到了蕃茄濃湯果然有水準,蕃茄超級濃郁炒蛋超滑,蛋香味重份量好多添食哂成碗超飽麻辣脆雞粒熱辣辣、脆卜卜一咬落去好juicy出哂油建議攤一攤先食唔係第一啖容易被油燙親😂簡直係勁好食👍🏻華田脆脆超級濃郁面果層加埋脆脆濃郁感覺即時提升👍🏻總結黎講食物都勁有水準價錢經濟合理下次一定會再幫襯👍🏻

喺鰂魚涌附近返工,發現咗呢間新開嘅樓下冰室好多人,所以放工後決定要去試吓。大概七點鐘左右喺門口已經見到好多人,可能呢附近冇乜港式既冰室。不過好彩入面好大仲有位坐,格局係90年代茶餐廳既風格,有香港特色。看左菜單上已經有幾樣必食,瑞士汁雞翼雞脾,芝士煎蛋菠蘿油,厚切牛乳蛋治,蕃茄濃湯通粉,芝士焗西蘭花同雞扒蓮藕薑融飯,華田脆脆同菠蘿冰。整體上好食過香港出面既冰室,瑞士汁夠濃雞脾夠大,個芝士煎蛋菠蘿油有驚喜,甜中帶咸好食,雖然個飯冇乜驚喜但係有香港90年代既味道。而個蕃茄濃湯好濃好甜,芝士焗西蘭花加左啲栗米粒焗,個厚切牛乳蛋治蛋厚有口感,飲品華田脆脆吾太甜吾錯。整體上食物質素吾錯環境闊落光猛價錢又吾貴,可以做間吾中既飯堂 。

滑蛋唔係做到好半熟既效果,不過都幾滑!而叉燒就做得幾唔錯,半肥瘦岩岩好,食落蜜汁味都幾重。叉燒蛋飯另一個精綷係甜豉油同蔥花😍甜鼓油真係夠哂撈飯,蔥花更吊一吊蛋香。

樓下冰室的佈置好有6、70年代茶檔嘅感覺,好有懷舊氣氛,而食物都係傳統冰室食物。 我哋今晚嚟食晚飯,點左滑蛋叉燒飯、瑞士雞翼、 蕃茄通粉同厚切滑蛋多士。滑蛋叉燒飯份量好足,就算兩個人share食都冇問題。滑蛋幾香蛋味同滑溜,叉燒大大舊,好足料, 配少少甜豉油,讓人胃口大開。瑞士雞翼炆得非常入味,而且唔會過老,保持肉汁。蕃茄通粉嘅湯底酸酸甜甜,好開胃,入面幾多蕃茄肉,通粉不會過淋,配滑蛋多士食,一流!一家人價錢大眾化,以後可以做黎呢度飯堂開餐。

前兩日經過,終於都開張了,碰上這幾天...... 今個下午附近沒有多少店還開舖,便進店試食 不算太多人剛好下午茶時段未完,便隨便叫個下午茶餐吧 奄列配蒜多 本來想叫他們招牌菜 番茄湯通粉配瑞士雞脾 但我怕當刻食唔晒 浪費野食就唔好啦😜落左單後 過了一陣 先來飲品 之後就開始等。等。等。看一看張單上的時間.... 已經超過廿分鐘,看一看廚房窗口似是我叫的 好吧再等佢地上枱吧 竟然在我面前經過 好失望 剛巧有電話 所以無摧佢地 到我講完 剛巧上枱了 火腿奄列算是大份 但不是太特別 蒜蓉多士也是一般 只有一個優點 即叫即製 夠新鮮 希望過多排佢地熟習左各樣都會有進步
