Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前睇報導話容記拎咗米芝蓮推介,今晚就同朋友黎試下。一坐低已經跟一碟花生雜豆比你,等上菜果陣有野咬下就岩晒,幾好。既然米芝蓮推介,當然要試一試個燒肉啦,另外仲嗌左個鐵板黑椒牛仔柳。燒肉:皮很鬆脆,感覺似食一塊鬆化既餅乾咁,肉既部分就肥瘦相間,調味唔會過咸遮蓋肉味,但食開重味既人就可能會覺得偏淡,不過佢亦跟左一兜芥末同乳豬醬比你,芥末醬味道輕微刺激,令你連食幾舊燒肉都唔會覺得膩,而乳豬醬亦算聰明配搭,因為乳豬醬點咩都好食,哈哈。一碟燒肉好唔好,我覺得最緊要皮脆肉嫩,而且水準穩定,而容記亦做到呢幾點,唔怪之得拎到米芝蓮鐵板黑椒牛仔柳:呢碟牛仔柳亦相當高質,首先鐵板黎喳喳聲已經加晒分,鐵板保持食物溫度至食完餐飯;而牛仔柳相當大塊亦餣得好好,唔會韌又唔會乸到太淋,口感岩岩好。洋蔥亦相當出色,洋蔥既辛辣味全無,十分之甜;唯一可惜係個黑椒汁明明好好味但太少汁了,如果多啲汁就完美喇。

因為疫情,已經好耐無同朋友約出嚟食飯。今日有此機會,當然,要挑選間有國際水平既食店啦!唔好晒左個機會呀嘛!睇左個餐牌一陣,點左個馳名海外既燒鵝,仲要有特價添,而且例牌都大大碟,啖啖肉,我地兩個人食,夠晒啦,真係覺得自己賺晒。朋友話想試下懷舊菜式,我們選了蝦籽柚皮和魚腸蒸蛋。呢兩個餸好考大廚功力㗎,雖然食材簡單 ,但一d都唔易煮,擺明係考牌。而家香港都無嘜酒家識煮啦。獻汁味濃,柚皮相對軟身,吸收晒獻汁精華,味道不錯。我估廚師用左好多功夫多次啤水,所以,才可以去左柚皮苦澀味.要俾讚至於,魚腸蒸蛋,廚師去了魚腸肥膏,上檯時,蛋面金脆,裡面又軟,口感不錯。只可惜,因為我們兩個傾計很久,魚腸蛋冷了,有些微腥的感覺。所以,我建議如果叫呢味菜,要先快點吃。呢度舖面雖然唔大,但我們可以坐在玻璃窗附近,一邊睇街境,一邊傾計,都係朋友相聚既好地方。

陳醋骨同樣高質,本身沒什麼期望,而且價錢也比外間的大排檔略貴,但吃過後卻感到物有所值。

出菜到枱面一刻,一陣陳醋的香撲鼻而來,心知這碟差極有限。 入口發現陳醋的酸味被糖 ,以及相信是山渣的調和下,被降到最低,但你仍然會感受到最輕微的酸。這道菜的精粹是陳醋的調味,微酸的陳醋,帶點甜味,加山渣的果香,十分開胃,加上金莎骨火喉剛好,淋熟的肉質只要輕咬已可骨肉分離,雖然沒有蛋黃蝦球的驚艷,但也可令人印象難忘。

食評中不少人推介海皇炒粉絲,簡單的烹調手法對比下,味道的確是有讓人驚豔到。

質地韌柔的粉絲可塑性高,簡單調味更突顯蝦仁、帶子的海洋鮮味。當中帶子份量給予得非常闊綽。縱使帶子並非整粒奉上也很鮮甜,味道跟近日下廚自購的北海道帶子相近。材料方面更顯一分錢一分貨,蝦仁已挑腸蝦肉飽滿。加上煲仔烘得熱辣辣,煲底粉絲焗至焦香,沒料到幾項食材是那麼配合。

幾近每枱必點的燒鵝價錢超值之外($58),份量及質素皆為水準之作。鵝隻足秤,例牌燒鵝剛好是下庄。

另外又點了牛仔骨,這是另一驚喜,牛仔骨幾好味,秘制汁汁甜甜地,同牛肉味好夾,肉質好淋好易咬,牛肉也有成七至八塊,大大塊,份量算是多👍🏻抵食

晚市禁堂食前最後一晚都要出街食個晚飯揀咗呢間米芝蓮餐廳食小菜,係網上邊見到好多人都嗌椒鹽墨魚咀,咁我都梗係要嗌返個睇下有幾好味,上菜了,果然同外邊食開嘅墨魚咀好唔同,呢度係大大粒,好有口感,好彈牙,配埋個喼汁真係不得了,而且佢個炸粉拿捏得好好,薄得嚟唔會太厚,恰到好處,食落口唔會好漏,送酒必備之選另外仲叫咗個洗衣機香蒜骨,本身都好鍾意食香蒜骨,但就畀洗衣機呢三個字吸引咗,點過時唔知咩原因,後來上網睇番先知原來呢度真係會用洗衣機嚟搞啲排骨,令到啲排骨更有彈性,唔駛靠鬆肉粉,入口果刻真係好有驚喜,正常係一般茶記食炸排骨好多時都會係油炸之後質變乾,但係呢度啲排骨炸完仲有彈口,雖然唔係滿滿肉汁,但係炸蒜香骨嚟講算係出色,而且炸出嚟嘅香蒜上碟後仲好脆口,令到呢碟菜式更加好味,嚟呢度食嘅朋友仔一定要試下仲叫咗個豉椒炒蜆但唔係細細隻嘅炒蜆,係好大隻嘅花甲啖啖肉,啲花甲好新鮮亦都好夠鑊氣炒到好香噴噴,$88就有一大碟,性價比很高總括嚟講,食物味道好好,絕對值得一試。之後放寬限聚令,要帶埋屋企人嚟食,試埋個花甲龍躉煲。
