To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前睇報導話容記拎咗米芝蓮推介,今晚就同朋友黎試下。一坐低已經跟一碟花生雜豆比你,等上菜果陣有野咬下就岩晒,幾好。既然米芝蓮推介,當然要試一試個燒肉啦,另外仲嗌左個鐵板黑椒牛仔柳。燒肉:皮很鬆脆,感覺似食一塊鬆化既餅乾咁,肉既部分就肥瘦相間,調味唔會過咸遮蓋肉味,但食開重味既人就可能會覺得偏淡,不過佢亦跟左一兜芥末同乳豬醬比你,芥末醬味道輕微刺激,令你連食幾舊燒肉都唔會覺得膩,而乳豬醬亦算聰明配搭,因為乳豬醬點咩都好食,哈哈。一碟燒肉好唔好,我覺得最緊要皮脆肉嫩,而且水準穩定,而容記亦做到呢幾點,唔怪之得拎到米芝蓮鐵板黑椒牛仔柳:呢碟牛仔柳亦相當高質,首先鐵板黎喳喳聲已經加晒分,鐵板保持食物溫度至食完餐飯;而牛仔柳相當大塊亦餣得好好,唔會韌又唔會乸到太淋,口感岩岩好。洋蔥亦相當出色,洋蔥既辛辣味全無,十分之甜;唯一可惜係個黑椒汁明明好好味但太少汁了,如果多啲汁就完美喇。
