To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於見到OpenRice 入面這間餐廳好多讚,所以於2024年7月19號晚上到這餐廳食晚飯,我們第一次來,我們點左淮杞燉螺頭湯這個ok, 但果個「得奬脆皮燒腩肉」首先脆皮,係一啲都唔脆,味道一般,好多街邊燒味店都做得好過許,沙拉汁脆蝦球味到正常一般水準,蜜椒薯角牛柳粒都係一般, 容記第一咀「差」厚粉炸味道鹹,砵酒脆鱔球都可以接受, 避風塘脆茄子算做得幾好,全晚最好是個飄香荷葉飯,總括來講餐廳食飯中下水準,不過價格合理!

今晚與家人聚餐,在太子道西有一棟舊式酒樓,便嘗一嘗這間容記小菜王。門面只是知客服務處,需乘搭升降機到二樓。環境整體感覺開揚,坐得舒適。砵仔焗魚腸一碗砵仔煲端上來,煲內擠滿金黃色魚腸蛋。魚腸蛋味濃郁,像水蛋般嫩滑,加上一絲絲有彈性的魚腸,增加口感。脆皮吊燒雞雞肉新鮮彈性,無血水味,雞油香十足。雞肉嫩而外皮焦脆。原條清蒸1斤沙巴魚肉香甜嫩滑,魚油在蒸魚過程溶化在蒸魚豉油內,加上一勺豉油,更添香氣。配搭蒽花,另有風味。椒絲腐乳炒通菜 通菜冇渣,爽口。

餐廳位於太子道西123號,太子站C2出口行幾分鐘就到,一入門口係接待處,搭電梯上一樓先係食飯地方,環境空曠舒適,我地一行好好彩坐到四人卡位。砵仔焗魚腸($108)經典順德菜式,鯇魚腸、鯇魚肝和雞蛋以瓦砵焗製,魚腸處理得唔錯,完全食唔到有腥味,當中有薑絲和可以自由添加胡椒粉,蒸蛋表面焦香結實,內裹口感十分軟滑。原條清蒸沙巴($188)足足一斤沙巴魚,魚肉肉質嫩滑結實,食得出新鮮,食落都無咩魚骨,啖啖魚肉,味道都算鮮美,建議配上蒸魚豉油一齊食。脆皮吊燒雞($138)吊燒雞皮脆肉嫩,雞油香味濃郁,調味剛剛好,唔會太咸或太淡,師傅刀功唔錯,一路食都無咩碎骨,份量都唔少,四個人食都足夠。椒絲腐乳炒通菜($78)腐乳味濃郁,通菜口感爽口,食落有鑊氣,都幾抵食。
