To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情,已經好耐無同朋友約出嚟食飯。今日有此機會,當然,要挑選間有國際水平既食店啦!唔好晒左個機會呀嘛!睇左個餐牌一陣,點左個馳名海外既燒鵝,仲要有特價添,而且例牌都大大碟,啖啖肉,我地兩個人食,夠晒啦,真係覺得自己賺晒。朋友話想試下懷舊菜式,我們選了蝦籽柚皮和魚腸蒸蛋。呢兩個餸好考大廚功力㗎,雖然食材簡單 ,但一d都唔易煮,擺明係考牌。而家香港都無嘜酒家識煮啦。獻汁味濃,柚皮相對軟身,吸收晒獻汁精華,味道不錯。我估廚師用左好多功夫多次啤水,所以,才可以去左柚皮苦澀味.要俾讚至於,魚腸蒸蛋,廚師去了魚腸肥膏,上檯時,蛋面金脆,裡面又軟,口感不錯。只可惜,因為我們兩個傾計很久,魚腸蛋冷了,有些微腥的感覺。所以,我建議如果叫呢味菜,要先快點吃。呢度舖面雖然唔大,但我們可以坐在玻璃窗附近,一邊睇街境,一邊傾計,都係朋友相聚既好地方。
