To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然好想食小菜,作為地膽嘅朋友就帶咗我去佢食開嘅飯堂試吓。蜜汁叉燒王 ($138)叉燒肥瘦平均,蜜汁包住叉燒,食到蜜汁嘅清甜但又不失叉燒原有味道,甜而不膩。拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉 ($98)粉漿唔會好厚,入口有脆口感,唔會覺得油膩。肉質鬆軟,又夠掛汁,每舊咕嚕肉都沾有酸甜醒胃醬汁,送飯一流!欖菜肉碎四季豆 ($98)四季豆爽脆入味,仲要去晒兩邊嘅筋絲,唔會食到有渣,值得一讚!食落鹹香帶微辣,而且仲有少少甜味,又唔會好油。 continue reading
