burrata 非常好味 做得好滑再襯返蕃茄 好開胃escargots 好濃味 非常香 但略嫌有少少鹹得滯 送酒飲一流yellowtail carpaccio 酸酸地非常開胃 份量亦都唔少 rib eye steak 非常一般 唔係好食但都唔係難食apple pie with icecream 全晚最高分 甜得黎唔膩雪糕亦非常好食 整體來講環境非常靚 個vibe好似去咗歐洲咁 但啲枱擺得有啲迫 好似你講咩隔離都聽得一清二楚咁 唔係太鍾意 但整體來講都算唔錯 只係食物有啲太貴 繼續閱讀

They say the way to a person's heart is through their stomach. V Day is just around the corner. Be sure to book in for the romantic meals to impress your loved one!!!! Just notice the social distancing rules extend til 17 Feb. This London-based French restaurant’s debut  definitely suits any lunch date vibe. Embark with fresh tomatoes and a gorgeous ball of fresh, creamy #burrata cheese just the taste of puppy love in a simple starter super refreshing. Dont forget first impression is very important at a date. Followed by the stunning tuna tartare placing caviar atop gives it a beautifully refined appearance. 📸  The next hurdle is the main course. Their signature seafood wont let you down. As soon as we walked in, its elegant flair almost transported us to Paris. A polished classical European display, from the white table cloth and classy table lamb to the wall paintings and illustrations, manifested the French sophistication.The Restaurant week dinner set included 3 courses – starter, main and dessert at just $488pp that featured most of their signature dishes.French beans salad with foie grasBeginning with a refreshing vinegrdattey salad featuring crunchy French beans with addition of foie gras (a French meal just wouldn’t be complete without a bit of foie gras) adding an earthy savory note to the greens. Despite being just a salad, it was remarkably delicious.Escargot was another iconic French dish. It smelled and tasted amazing with the aromatic deeply flavored garlic and herb butter that almost stole the spotlight from the snail itself.Charcoal-grilled red bream (to share for 2)I love eating fish and love even more when it was served whole. Rarely do you find a whole fish being served at a western dining table. It’s cooked to perfection with tender and moist meat, and the subtle citrusy marinade brought so much freshness. No trace of any charcoal grill flavor, though it reminded me more of the familiar flavor of traditional Cantonese style steamed whole fish dishes, which may explain why I love it so much.French Toast with spice ice creamThe most anticipating dish of the night had to be the glorious indulgent French Toast. Crispy caramelized crust was divine, with a creamy centre melting in your mouth almost resembles a egg custard. The spice ice cream has such unique flavor that cut through the richness. It’s such a joyful dessert that satisfied all your sweet cravings.The food in general exceeded my expectation given its middling price range. I was quite pleased with the ambiance until it became full house at around 7:30pm then it all went south. The dining hall was getting so busy and noisy in the extremely packed setting that I can hardly hear my companion cross the table. This place never fail to impress me with their excellent service and food. When I think of French food, this is the place that will first come in mind. My favourite appetiser here is always their thinly sliced octopus in lemon oil ! The octopus is always soft and fresh, even though its sliced thinly the octopus does not loose its texture. Perfectly soaked in the lemon oil; a little hint of freshness from the lemon ! Perfect match along with the onion and radish on the top ! Today as a main course I had pre-ordered their rack of lamb with spiced couscous. Super excited that I can finally try it !  I had order medium-well done instead of medium, the texture was still tender and the lamb surely retained it juiciness ! The coating  wrapped the lamb was just amazing, it has a little sweet note to increase the meat flavour of the lamb ! Underneath the lamb its served with a lot of couscous, the flavour was just perfect, a little spicy and with the juice and oil from the lamb it just melts within the couscous.  Last but not least how can I ever miss out the best French toast in town ! When they serve the plate on the table, the aroma was sweet and you feel that caramel note and a little cinnamon ! When you cut into the French toast you feel that crunchy texture outside but inside was super soft ...... it was just the perfect balance ! with the spice ice cream, it just lower that sweetness from the French toast. when I say its really the best in town its really true ! 在倫敦也有一家一模一樣裝修和擺設。很特別桌上會有新鮮蕃茄和檸檬,在落單之後可以自製檸檬蕃茄頭盤。兩個人叫了4個頭盤一個主菜share,份量剛剛好。頭盤有1. sweet pepper in olive oil 2. Burrata 3. Snails 4. Burrata cheese . 主菜 Ribeye stake .強烈推薦Burrata和 sweet pepper in olive oil. 味道驚艷 買單2000左右 值得3-4人小型聚會 繼續閱讀
