What can we do when we meet friends? The first thing that comes to mind is EAT. And so we set out to Spicy Andong in Mong Kok. For someone who does not eat spicy, ordering 'little spicy' for the signature dish was a smart move. The Spicy Andong Chicken was indeed strong. Next, we chose the Grilled Pork in Lettuce Buns. This dish was fun and delicious. We used lettuce leaves to wrap kimchi and pork along with some sweet sauce. The cold leaves was a good contrast to the hot items. But be warned the Grilled Pork in Lettuce Buns like the previous dish was also quite spicy.

The only dish that did not set my mouth on fire was the Grilled Original Eel. This was by far the most comfortable of the entire meal. Eating grilled eel without sauce was a first. It was quite different from Kabayaki style eel of which I am used to. One could taste the fish' original flavour.

Anything that is spice-free certainly suit me, but if you can eat spicy, Spicy Andong is definately the place to go.
