I was wandering through Wan Chai around 11:45 and feeling a bit peckish, so I thought I'd pop over to 22 Ships and wait for them to open. The meal I had was one for the books. I started with the Iberico and Moreilla Duck Egg. I thought the dish to be very good, but would have preferred the egg to be cooked a little less (I like a runny yolk).
