Hi there, I am writing this review as I am utterly disappointed by the service, or Non Service, at this establishment.We made a reservation for 6 to celebrate birthday on 28 Aug as we only arrived in Hong Kong over the weekend of 26 Aug.As this is the first trip to HK since COVID, we struggled somewhat with transportation and Uber.The issue was the pick up and drop off points were mostly too far off.Even as we left our hotel early to cater the possible long traveling time, we were been dropped o

As this is the first trip to HK since COVID, we struggled somewhat with transportation and Uber.
The issue was the pick up and drop off points were mostly too far off.
Even as we left our hotel early to cater the possible long traveling time, we were been dropped off far from the restaurant.
It was a 15mins walk with high heels, and dresses for the birthday celebration we anticipated.
But it was not to be!
Arriving 15mins late, we were rudely told that we were late and the restaurant was full! Nothing was available.
Yes, I supposed we were late but do we deserved to be treated poorly.
It is beyond Unprofessional and not what was expected of such highly regarded establishment.
Will I be returning in the future? We will not say Never…. But very highly Unlikely!
