One of the nicer Thai restaurants I’ve been to so far! The staff were super nice and the food was great! Initially only I ordered a milk tea but they gave my friend a milk tea on the house! We ordered Pad See-Ew (basically stir fried hor fun), asparagus with shrimp paste, pork neck and half a grilled chicken. The See -Ew was chewy and savoury with plenty of seafood including clams! It has just the right amount of flavouring for me as it wasn’t too salty yet having a rich fragrance. The asparagus was crisp and the shrimp paste was plentiful without being overwhelming.
The grilled pork neck was chewy and refreshing with a side sauce that was way to spicy for me 🤣 it was lightly sprinkled with some pepper so it was good for those who wanted a bit more spice on their meat although I thought that it was seasoned and grilled well enough without any additional flavouring needed. The chicken was really what blew my mind though because grilling chicken in my opinion isn’t easy, especially ensuring that the chicken breast does not go dry is a challenge. The grilled chicken here though, no matter which part (especially the breast) still remained moist and silky after grilling and the flavour of the herbs that seasoned the chicken really assimilated into the meat. I was so full but I still couldn’t stop eating 🤣
We came here for dinner but my friend said that there’s a pretty sweet lunch set here too so next
time I’ll definitely try it!
