had been to the Jardine's Lookout outlet for dinner earlier on. Today wanna try the dim sum @ their Happy Valley's place.Kind of disappointed,1) a "siu mai" was not well-cooked when served, i bet it's just like 20% cooked. We had those pork still in pink color.......!2) we arrived at 1pm, trying to order 6 pcs of 灌湯餃, but they said only 4 can be provided..a bit 掃興3) we ordered some 12 dim sum, after eating for an hour or so, there'r still some dim sum not being served. We requested a waitress

3) we ordered some 12 dim sum, after eating for an hour or so, there'r still some dim sum not being served. We requested a waitress to follow-up, she said "OK" but obviously didn't do anything. Not until we made the same requested for 3 times, they are not attending it.
With not too many dim sum choices for lunch, plus the horrible food quality and service...surely no next time..
