I have heard of this restaurant for a long time and we have finally got a chance to pay visit. The restaurant is located on the 1st factory building in Kwun Tong, though it's a bit off the beaten track, it only takes a few mins walk from the MTR station. The restaurant specialises in lamb noodles so we have to order a few bowls just to tell the differences. Apart from lamb, you can also order beef or pork based noodles. The serving is super big with lots of noodles it in, instead of thick rice noodles, you can choose to have thin rice noodles or instant noodles. There are a few pieces of beef and a spoonful of spring onion to go with the noodles.
The lamb is more thinly sliced when comparing to the beef one. The soup base is same as the beef one, but you can choose to have a spicy and sour soup base to go with the lamb soup noodle, but not the beef one.
The black fungus is marinated in a sour and lightly spicy sauce, it's very appetising and delicious, it was my favourite kind of sauce to go with anything basically.
We got a mix of the dumpling and we liked it so much because it's very similar to the northern Chinese style kind of dumpling because it has a very nice thick but not chewy dumpling skin, while the fillings is really fresh packed with pork meat and different kind of veggies. We were also served with a kind of Chinese vinegar. Simple deliciousness in a mouthful.

We also liked their drinks because they have a lot of honey based drink which is considered to be a lot healthier and they are not very sweetened which we enjoyed a lot. Besides, the noodles itself is pretty hot so it's nice to drink some thing cold to go with it.
