We had lunch at the same building last week and saw this cafe. Immediately fixed a date to give it a try this week. It was a very modern cafe with spacious room among tables and comfortable seats. Really a good place for a chat with tea as the name suggested!For lunch, they offered sets with Organic ten grain rice, Pasta, Meats. A Today’s Soup and Mountain Tea were included. Or you could top up your drink by $9 to $16 for a premium drink. They also offered Bread, Benedict, Salads and Snacks. But

Choices of drinks were very diverse. They had Mountain Tea Series, Fresh fruit tea series, Sea salt cheese tea series and Meiji Milk Series.
As we were quite hungry, we ordered one Organic Ten Grain Rice set, one benedict, one salad together with two drinks to share.

A Today's Soup was included in the lunch set. It was Truffle Mushroom Soup. It smelt very nice of truffle and was quite rich in mushroom. There were quite some mushroom pieces and it was very smooth. As a complimentary soup, it was pretty good.

The Ten Grain Rice offered a rich texture with a lot of different items to chew. There were also some salmon and onion pieces mixed well with the rice. The sauce was delicious and it was more than simply tomato sauce because it was actually a mix of tomato and seafood sauces. There were one prawn, two mussels with shells and four clams in shells. I particularly liked the clams which were very fresh and juicy.

There were loads of fresh greens with some cherry tomatoes, avocado and crispy quinoa added in a refreshing sweet passion fruit sauce. There were four prawns with shells removed. A very healthy and refreshing option.

I really had to mention that the 粉粉荷蘭汁 was super delicious. It was somewhat like Thousand Island dressing but even more delicious. The egg yolk lava kept flowing out to add even more moist to it. The dressing and egg yolk lava balanced the salty smoked salmon pretty well. The English muffin at the bottom had some avocado applied on top and it was slightly crunchy on the crust. There were some fresh greens and cherry tomatoes on the side of the dish.

The combo of papaya with milk was always perfect and it was such a healthy drink without much sugar added if any at all. I really liked the many small pieces of peach gum added which enhanced the texture of the drink. The milk itself was very smooth.

Presentation wise this drink already had nothing to lose. There was a slice of burnt caramel on top which explained the cream brûlée. The milk itself was very delicious and evil as I suspected there should have been loads of cheese added so that it was actually a little bit salty yet still sweet. The flavour of brown sugar was very rich yet not overly sweet. The loads of brown sugar pearls were very chewy and super delicious. It was a really great drink!
Although the food looked light, we felt super full after finishing everything including the drinks. In short, we were really impressed by the drinks. A great place to spend time with your friends with tea.
