原全無迷迭香味,個芝士係原個總統牌芝士焗暖咗,諗都諗到,個芝士切都無切放條rosemary 係面焗,點會有味???加四塊好細既法包,有 d唔值呢個價。

焗大西洋三文魚配白酒汁青蘆筍 (原來緊埋薯蓉,連個waiter都唔知,我地又side order 咗fries, 個薯蓉黎到我地問佢係跟個魚定搞錯佢仲要問返廚房先知魚係跟薯蓉)

講返件三文魚,面有 d乾,有 d老,感覺overcooked. 不過個sauce同蘆筍okay.

薯蓉就standard, 都算滑,但係如果唔係分開上而係放埋係三文魚同一隻碟到個plating應該會靚 d.

黑毛豬扒配茄子蓉及油浸香蔥 ... 呢個味道可以,豬扒本新唔太香,又唔soft.

truffle fries, the truffle butter有 d heavy, heavy係 the牛油味 唔係truffle味,the dipping 都既 thick。

整體來講服務好,但係有 d唔熟手既感覺。食物有待進步。但係睇到 d decoration好有心思,連 receipt個 信封都好靚。
