Booked the bar set in advance cause we feel like we need to witness how the dessert art went from the beginning to a finsih piece. Like many others, we ordered the Endless bar set. We were asked to choose a sheet of either black or white, which set as the backdrop of the piece. We picked black.Every time they added an ingredient, they'd tell you what exactly it was. Every time they added an ingredient, they'd tell you what exactly it was. It just went way too smoothly and effortlessly. There were sauces (mostly sweet) in different colors, fruits like raspberries and grapes, peach-flavored panna cotta, meringue, crunchy honeycomb, charcoal brownies and sea salt crisps, cereals and more.Climax was when they'd pour liquefied nitrogen to a white chocolate ball which set the ice cream inside. When they broke the ball you'd find the mystery inside ice cream and strawberry candy floss.
The texture is complex, all in all sweet and very filling indeed. The set is for 2 but we all thought this could fill the stomach for 4 instead.Ordered also a set of Ruby Peach and Green Tea. Both were well presented with a good combination of sour and sweet and a hint of freshness.
Their coffee was good too.
Definitely worth another shot!
