Kobekyu has a splendid view from the 17th floor, and quality food to accompany. The meat they use is supposedly imported from the US, and is indeed very flavourful and you can tell that they don't skimp on quality. For authenticity's sake as well, the restaurant hired the main chef from Korea, not too sure about how many chefs they have, but I know for sure there's at least one and that one is from Korea.When you order the katsu set, the meat is cooked to rare, and they provide a small hot plate

I also ordered the curry udon, and the colour surprises you at first because it's all white up top before you mix it. The flavour is reminiscent of Japanese curry, but also has quite a bit of spice to it, so be prepared if you can't handle the heat.
All in all, for the quality of the food, I'd say the price is a real steal. With eating out being so expensive these days, Kobekyu really gives you the value that's missing from other restaurants at the same price point. It even has that K-Pop blasting at full flair.
