在 Pop Vegan 開業前，好朋友去試菜時已通知我一定要去試，終於... 終於去試了！果然沒有讓我失望！裝潢偏向工業風，真正進入餐廳前會經過一條直直的走廊，有種穿越時空的感覺，如果牆身上擺放一些油畫，瞬間就可變成畫廊了，哈哈～食物方面，請大家看一下相片，口水都流出一半了吧！食物種類實在太多太多了，每款都想要試，所以就算我們只有兩個人，但竟點了6款菜式 😆 食物Fusion得來偏向西式，壽司比一般的大幾倍（如果是約會，女生可以點，當你食到滿臉都是，看男生如何表現😉）素食漢堡裡的漢堡排不是素肉喔，是自己做的，不會太乾又不易散掉，非常好！當中我最喜歡的是意大利飯，食了第一口，眼睛不奇然地睜到最大看著朋友，說不出話來了。不愛食意大利飯的朋友認為我太誇張，所以嚐了一小口，然後反應和我一樣，還不斷點頭 😂這家餐廳除了食物超讚之外，環境也很不錯，很適合和朋友聚餐（如果放些柔和一點點的音樂，更適合約會呢），總括而言，這是一家超水準的全蔬食餐廳！推薦！Before the opening of POP vegan, my good friend went for a taste testing an

Before the opening of POP vegan, my good friend went for a taste testing and he told me that I MUST go to try. Finally... I finally tried it! And, they didn't let me down instead full of surprises!
The decoration is more like an industrial style. Before entering the restaurant, you will pass through a straight corridor. There is a feeling of crossing the time and space. If place some paintings on the wall, it will become an art gallery in an instant, haha~
For food, please take a look at the photos! so attractive, right! There are too many types of food, and I want to try them ALL, so even we only have two people, we have ordered 6 dishes! 😆 The food is Fusion style, but more like a Western-style.
The sushi is several times larger than normal. (Gals, if you are in a date, please order this, when you have all sushi rice on your face, see how your partner will act 😉) They made their own hamburger patties not mock meat. The patty is not too dry and not easy to be separated. Very good!
Among all the food we order, my favorite one goes to the RISOTTO. When I have the first bite, I opened my eyes at the largest size and look at my friend. I didn't speak because I just want to enjoy it. My friend who doesn't like risotto thinks that I am too exaggerated, so he tasted a small bite and then reacted just like me, and nodded his head constantly. 😂
In addition to superb food, this restaurant is also very suitable for dinner with a group of friends (if the music could be a bit softer, it is more suitable for dating as well), in short, this is a super-high-standard vegan restaurant ! Highly recommend!
