Weekend好多人尼食brunch,建議要提早book位。Brunch有唔同package,可選food only或者配酒。Menu每人可選一個main,其餘嘅所有食物都會serve一次,之後可無限encore喜歡嘅食物,不過基本上食晒所有野都十分之飽喇,無位再encore。Main朋友嗌咗teriyaki salmon,個人唔太好三文魚,但好有驚喜,滑到不得了,teriyaki sauce惹味,必試。最尾的dessert platter打卡一流,而且非常豐富,有水果、雪糕、甜品,真係非常滿足〜價錢偏貴,但質素一流,特別日子尼食係唔錯嘅選擇。

Zuma used to be one of my favourite brunch places, especially pre covid with a large variety of items in the buffet. This is my second time post covid where the buffet has been substituted for unlimited appetisers served to the table. Compared to my last visit, the quality and variety of appetisers has certainly declined. The sashimi was not particularly fresh, the gyoza skins were too thick and their previously assortment of Yakitori was non existent except for some sad looking chicken wings. T

The sashimi was not particularly fresh, the gyoza skins were too thick and their previously assortment of Yakitori was non existent except for some sad looking chicken wings. The mains have also shrunk in size, the classic teriyaki salmon significantly smaller in portion and the chicken has been reduced to a couple of small pieces of chopped up chicken. The only saving grace of the meal were the delightful servers who were very attentive and perhaps the mini chocolate lava cakes for dessert. Overall a very disappointing experience, the brunch is now only a shell of what it used to be.

最後還有水果盤!因為慶祝生日,還特意放了蠟燭~

😳真係必試既Freeflow Brunch😳😳食物質素同埋服務質素都超曬班😳😳😳 quality of the food was excellent with varieties of sashimi, and very fresh oysters and salads. All dishes are very well seasoned and on point. The 2 receptionists’ service and attitude - Suprima and Sara, are extremely poor. Not helpful, rigid, and when asked for call back and no return call at all in making a reservation. We used to like this restaurant but now won’t go this restaurant ever again!

The restaurant with a snobby, cool casual atmosphere and a modern Japanese image, tailored to the tastes of foreign expats and HK's bourgeoise wives. This is not an authentic Japanese restaurant, so it is safer to order Western dishes such as grills and steaks etc. than Japanese-style dishes. The food itself is the same as you would find anywhere else, but not outstanding. Prices are generally high due to the location, but it is not bad for lunch on the company's expense.

Zuma. I just can’t get rid of their lovely terrace. Cut into the chase! Food is standard. Nothing special and wow! But for $998 +10% you can enjoy an all you can eat free flow boozy brunch in their lovely terrace? I guess that’s the reason I keep coming back. Cheers to weekend! Some starters to share. Beef tataki, salmon, and deep fried tofu is pretty good! Dumplings and tempura is pretty standard. But the one surprised me was the mushroom croquettes! Creamy and gooey inside! Love it! Not sure h

Sushi platter before the main course is served. Flounder sushi is pretty good! Scallop and hamachi is the best on the plate. Oysters are still the same, too “skinny”.


For main course, I normally choose Black cod, steak or chicken fillet.


Another thumb up is the quality of staffs did improve a lot compare to few years ago! Another reason Zuma is a good spot for boozy brunch!

Throwback to my intern days in Landmark - I have literally spent my entire summer in Edinburgh Tower so I had the opportunity to try out different restos both in and outside Landmark😋 Zuma serves similar items as other izakaya, but with a modern twist. Overall we think the food is just average - given the price this place may not be a go-to for me (honestly you can get food of similar quality with a much cheaper price outside). Worth mentioning that the desserts are quite nice. The chocolate molten lava cake is so rich and the outside is fudgy with perfectly melted chocolate inside, which goes well with the vanilla ice cream. The banana cake is a bit too sweet for us (even we both get massive sweet tooth🤣) -would be better if the toffee sauce can be served separately instead of having the cake swimming in the sauce.

2/5Really not a fan of their food here. I have many better choice if I pay for this price. Don’t get me wrong, the snacks was all fine, easy and very hard to mess up.Sashimi and salmon roe, average quality, sauce is always similar here, ponzu soy. Fried squid not bad, could be crispier to my taste. Is more like fluffy one here. Flavour just like the one we have at little Japanese shop.Chicken tender, sauce just like the one we always taste.

2/5This price and this quality? I will give it a no.Sashimi wasn’t good or on average at all. The black cod was not bad, just the sauce on side I don’t really get it. I mean 6xx a lunch, either your quality is good, either your portion are generous, but none.But the servers are so nice, only highlight.

After heavy lunch outside. We decided to go in the terrace area just for drinks as we just walk-in. It was just a quick stop for a drink as we are doing a bit of a bar hopping. The over-all experience was okay as it is outdoors.

Went for a weekend lunch buffet with the free flow champagne package. Disappointed that it was no long an open buffet but that all food on the menu was served at the tableAbout the food, we started with a bowl of edamame which was nice but nothing surprising. About the food, we started with a bowl of edamame which was nice but nothing surprising. The most impressing starter was the salmon with lemon miso soy. The salmon was fresh and very tasty, and the sauce combination brings out the flavor of the sashimi. Yum!


Shiitake mushroom croquettes with truffle and ao-nori was another excellent dish. It was finely deep fried, crispy on the outside but moist inside with creamy mushroom mashed. It tasted like deep fried creamy mushroom soup


Both of the mains, Salmon fillet and Spicy beef tenderloin, were of top quality. The salmon which was juicy, tender, and well-seasoned was one of my most tasty dishes ever! Moved to the tenderloin, it was interesting tasted like Char Siu


All food was greatly served with high quality. The only thing to comment was the table that could hardly place all dishes at one time, and that we needed to slow down the serving so we can enjoy the moment


The highlight was the incredible service that most of the staff were super helpful and well trained. They never allowed our wine cup to be empty
